Subscribtion error

Hey I was looking at my subscribed topics and noticed that it said the person I was rping with had replied so clicked on it and the last post was my last reply. Wondering what caused this any ideas?

I haven't tested it, but I think it'll do that if someone updates their post as well... Cause it actually does that throughout the forums. You'll see post where someone posted 6 hours ago being above post that were 6minutes ago.. because of an edit to the post.

I'm currently testing subscriptions when it relates to edits.. but your specific problem, from what it sounds like just might be the server itself. There are many things... avatars among other things that take some time for the server to recognize, specific when it comes to user-based stuff because it's on a low priority with the server currently. If you are not seeing a specific change fast enough, that may be exactly what it is.

Example: When I post, my signature loads very slowly at times...

It has taken up to ten mintues to show i have replied, in the topic the post is there with my avatar and signature it's just on the subscribing page it says that Luna (other person) was the last person who posted and it's only with one specific topic atm as well

Yup, I was able to recreate the issue... It is most definitely the Low user priority, the server is set at. It'll probably take on average,,, 8-15 minutes sometimes, for some post. I'm pretty sure it may even matter how many people are looking and responding to the post at a given time. I.E. You won't find the problem quite as often in threads of Spam or whatever... That's my conclusion on that.

That's something that Mahz put into place. It is annoying... particularly because it effects avatars and that's what people complain about first. XD But, he has his reasons for it. All I can say, is be patient for now. You have to remember, that this place is still under construction.
