[IC] Chaos

Ophelia smiled, "You better."

She watched him as he left before she turned and returned to her healing.

When Seth returned, Ophelia was leaning against a wall. She looked quite tired as she waited. She had gotten booted out of the infirmary after nearly collapsing after healing. It wasn't long till the monsters normally retreated, which had meant Seth would be coming back. She put off going to bed to greet him. She smiled at him and gave him as small wave. She waited until he was closer before she pushed off the wall and walked over to him, "I see you kept your promise."

Seth nodded, "when I give a promise I keep them." He looked at her fully, he put his arm around her. "Let's get you to your room you look like your tired, I don't think I want you to collapse in the lobby." With that, he started leading her back to her room.

Ophelia smiled and nodded. She leaned into Seth's side as they walked. She was grateful for his arm around her as it allowed her to take some of the weight off her own feet. She rested her head against his and took a deep breath, "Thank you," She whispered her as she wrapped her arms around his waist.

Seth smiled a bit, "no problem I thought you would need some help." He lead her back to her room, laying her down. Before he laid down by her himself, he looked at her his sword on the dresser and his coat on the chair. He let his hand go to her face, letting his thumb rub against her cheek.

Ophelia rolled into her bed, thankful for the help that Seth gave her. She moved closer to him when he laid down next to her. When she felt his hand on her cheek, she rested her own on top of it. Nothing had really happened between the two of them since they confessed and started dating. Ophelia didn't mind though. It was nice just knowing that at some point she'd lie down with Seth and they'd just sit there together enjoying each other's company. She closed her eyes as her fingers ran over his hand and she smiled.

Seth leaned forward a bit, he kissed her a few minutes he broke the kiss. He just looked at her for a few more minutes, he gave her a lazy smile. Before closing his eyes and letting the tiredness take him into sleep he didn't care if he had a nightmare.

Ophelia was a little surprised by the kiss. Her eyes flickering open when his lips touched her's. When she realized what was happening, she closed them again and returned the kiss. When he drew away, she looked at him and smiled. As she closed his own eyes again, she moved closer to him, snuggling against him, something she hadn't been able to do while she was healing. She curled up and closed her eyes.

Seth put his arm around her waist, as he slept. He didn't have any nightmares that night, as he felt her curled up against him. By morning, he still saw Ophelia curled up against him, he didn't move from where he was as he watched her sleep.

Ophelia woke slowly several minutes later. Her body was still tired from the day before, meaning she probably wouldn't be heading down to the infirmary today. She'd hardly last. She looked up to find Seth awake and took a deep breath, "Hi," She said quietly, not moving away from him, "How was your sleep?"

"I woke up a few minutes before you," he didn't want to leave her side not yet. Still he knew he would have to later on in the day. Though he knew he would try his hardest, to come back to her. He wouldn't give up without a fight.

Ophelia nodded, "And you didn't leave?"

She shook her head a little, her hair falling into her face. She smiled at him, enjoying lying there with him. It made her feel like she hadn't just recovered from nearly breaking every bone in her body or that they weren't fighting some war against Kronos. She sighed a little and sat up slightly, "You have to go... don't you?"

Seth sighed, "yah I do the Romans stand a better chance with me out there since.....the preator didn't make it last night the next preator is me so yah I need to go out into the field or we'll lose a lot of Romans without me out there to give orders."

Ophelia nodded, understanding, "O-okay... Just be safe alright?" She leaned down and gave him a small kiss before falling back against her pillow. She curled up again, "I... think it's... for the best, that I stay in bed today... Come see me when you get back."

She smiled at him and rested her hand on his shoulder, "Go kick some monster butt."

Seth laughed a bit, "I'll go and do just that I promise I'll be back." With that he grabbed his sword going onto the street. He cut down a few more monsters before seeing Kronos himself, Seth took a few Romans with him to hold Kronos off.

Ophelia had drifted back off to sleep when she felt hands on her arms. She opened her eyes slowly to see one of the Romans she never met looking down at her. She looked at him groggily, "What is it?"

He didn't say anything before pulling her into his arms and running up the stairs onto the roof. She started to awake up a little as worry crept over her. She squirmed slightly but the Roman was far stronger than Ophelia and held her arms tightly to her. He placed her on a Pegasus and she felt her entire body seize up. She did not like the thought of being on these flying horses one bit anymore. The Roman climbed on and Ophelia clung to him, not wanting to fall again. The Roman flew at Kronos, what was happening. Then, she heard his voice ring, "I've got her, Lord Kronos."

Seth saw the roman on the pegseus, with Ophelia. When the roman got on Kronos's side not getting attacked. Seth gt distracted for a few seconds which gave Kronos the opening he needed. He kicked Seth down and slashed his shoulder, Seth grunted in pain, "Kronos let her go please just let her go. She's not the hero, I am come on Kronos please. I'll go with you quietly, just let her go in return.

Kronos laughed and grabbed Seth, "You see boy. You don't get to make that choice. You will be coming with me and so will she," He gave him a sickening grin, "The Romans need you and your weakness is her, Mars's weakness is you. And well, we both know why she is already weak," He chuckled and kicked on of the approaching Romans away before they all disappeared replaced by a flood of monsters.

The reappeared in a black room, Ophelia almost immediately fell to the ground, the gold chains around their wrists proving to be too much to let her stand. She shook her head, "I'm fine," She said before Seth could worry.

Seth could only nod, as he forced himself to get to his feet. The gold chains around his wrists and ankles, his sword was gone so was his shirt. He widened at the relization, just before a whip hit his back. He went to his knees grunting in pain.

Ophelia yelped when the whip hit Seth's back. She moved closer to him, "Heal him," She heard Kronos boom behind her. She turned and looked at him, "What?"

The whip lashed out and hit her cheek, causing her to scream in pain. Kronos laughed, "Ah... You are far more fun than Seth here. He hardly gives the satisfaction of a good scream. Now, heal him."

Ophelia was confused then it dawned on her. If she healed him, his torture could and would last longer. She bit her lip, feeling blood trickling down her cheek. If she didn't heal him, his torture would be quick and incredibly painful. She could give him relief this way and keep him alive till someone managed to help them. The whip snapped in front of her but did not hit her, causing her to yelp and fall back slightly. She turned to Seth and sighed, "I'm sorry," She whispered before she started to sing in Greek, watching as his wound healed.

Seth couldn't say a word not trusting his voice, he only gave her a nod letting her know he forgives her. Once the wound on his back was healed, he forced himself back to his feet. Looking at Kronos, he heard a laugh behind him, he knew that voice all to well. "Antares," he only whispered it before feeling the whip hit his back again and again not stopping this time. He stayed on his feet though only giving groans and only grunts of pain.
