How long has everybody been RPing, by the way? I've been at it for around 9 years. To be fair, I've taken a lot of extended breaks. Before I decided to go through with this RP, I hadn't touched a RP forum in 2 years, which was my longest hiatus. I thought I'd be gone for good, but this stuff is just too much fun!

OH! Are we talking about music! Haha, I'm just a little bit of a fanatic when it comes to music, both listening a playing. There's a ton of music I like but I would have to say my top genres are either 80s rock or 2000s country or any group with a similar feel to their music. However, A cappella groups (especially some of the modern ones I've heard recently) will always have a special place in my heart due to my admiration of their sheer talent or maybe it's due to a hint of jealousy.

I started roleplaying around mid-2011 after hearing a few friends talking about roleplaying. After googling what all it was about, I decided to join a group seeing how much fun it could be rather than writing by myself. I hopped around a few different sites during the guildfall but I couldn't find anywhere that meshed well with me so I was very glad when Mahz revived RPG. Although it was a bittersweet moment when OldGuild fell, I'm kinda glad that my some of my earliest roleplays are gone. Those were quite cringe worthy.

=P We seem to have a few experienced RP-ers in this rp! I am by far the most novice. I have only 3-4 years of experience. Most of it was casual/free style rping in game.

I am less experienced in forum RP. I use to RP in chatrooms where the posts were really fast and had about 15 to 25 people going at a time and there wasn't a posting order. That and people were constantly coming in and leaving. Haha Those days have helped me with my quick posting skills. I can pop out post after post if I have to, but when I moved to forum RP i noticed I could slow down. This slow paced RPing drives me crazy sometimes lol. I go to work and expect five or six posts to be made.

Most of the time I use Pandora to listen to music so I usually listen to a random mix of groups but my favorite group at the moment is Pentatonix(especially that beatbox/bass duo in the group) with Straight No Chaser at a close second.

I've added a flashback post count at the bottom of the first OOC post. Your name will be crossed out when you've completed yours. This is just so everybody is on the same page as to who still has posts to make during this phase. To indicate that you are done, put "character name's flashback has ended" at the bottom of the IC post. You must have a minimum of 3 posts to have this opportunity. I would say don't go passed 4, but if other people are still making posts I guess there's no harm. If it comes down to one person, I'm going to cut them off at post 3. So, if you plan to write a lot you should get them out before the rest of us. Let me know if I've got anybody's post count wrong.

I feel kinda bad about this, especially after saying I wouldn't vanish, but it seems like you've got plenty of new people and I just don't think I'm cut out for this one. Everyone else's posts are about 3 times longer than mine, and I'd rather improve before I'm put in with this calibre of writing.

As I tried to convey in the first OOC post, it's not about length. I assure you I meant every word. These flashbacks tend to be longer because the goal is to cover what our characters have done before the RP's main events. I can't make you stay, but I hope you do. If you ever want back in, just PM me and if there's room I'll be more than happy to let you back aboard. Thanks for showing interest.
