Thank you! I was going for a gaelic-inspired kingdom. You can get the accented letters through windows hotkeys such as alt+0232.

Coleraine is the name of a real life town in the country I live in (Northern Ireland), so you are fitting into the gaelic theme very well!

Good to hear, haha. I got most of the names from a map of Ireland circa 650 A.d.

Our current treasury would be all the taxes collected right?

Edit: I'm going to hold off on my military, I mainly want to hire hazmat's mercs.

Finished

Yup, current treasury is all the taxes collected for all fiefs, since we're going to ignore vassals for now. And that's fine. You, specifically, won't need to worry about enemies right from the get-go.

EDIT: Titanic, it says your Town is located in Dorwald, but you don't have a fief named Dorwald. Also, we're ignoring vassals for the time being, so since you haven't spent any money on the military, you would collect your annum's taxes for the whole kingdom, not just your claimed fiefs. Otherwise, it looks good. Just remember that the setting's tone is european, so while it's fine that your rulers and fief names are Chinese-themed, your people are still going to be Celtic/English-Germanic. Need to head out to work, but I'm going to inspect everyone's kingdom's more late tonight.

Got most of my sheet done, posted in the placeholder space, I'll finish the rest tomorrow. I'll also probably add in history and some other things at a later date also.

Do vassals get other fiefs, or do they get ours? (I make 4 fiefs, is that split among my vassals or do I keep them)?

Hence why I need the mercs, it works out perfectly. I pay them, they protect me, they get to loot a resource rich land that's 10 times better then ours. It's a double win-win

I'm pretty sure your vassals split the fiefs among themselves, and you get at least one depending on how many you have. If this is wrong than please correct me.

@Titanic well good luck with your war then

They are fighting a war, I side with one of them then betray. Anyway, who's up to selling their people to me as mercs so they can get slaught-I mean fight for riches?

Hot damn, my army is going to be miniscule. Can't build it in advance like I wanted to, since each army is going to have to be capable of independent operations and how big each vassal's holdings are is really important.

Forgot to change name, my kingdom and people control a far eastern kingdom that use to be under Chinese control and the names never changed. I'll just use that as a reason for the Chinese names. I don't plan on spending anything on an army for a while. Need to gather some wealth

@ Toaw: A sexy sheet like that can't be refused. Like how it's turning out. Welcome aboard.

@ So Boerd: Toaw is correct, the fiefs you make will be split among your vassals. I was hoping to keep it a surprise, but I suppose I forgot the part where it might actually be important to know how much land you will control (the nerve of some people!). I will say that, except for very large or very small nations, the player will keep 60% of the land created, rounded down in the event of a decimal. So, if you have 10 fiefs, 4 will be given to vassals. These fiefs will be chosen at random, with up to two requested fiefs being left off the table.

@ Titanic: No single player, at the game's start, will have the resources to raise or buy a force remotely close to any army either the Ordained or Baccans could raise. Attacking Mishfarden would only give some Lord an excuse to mount a fresh campaign of pillage in Lundland. Offering your services as a mercenary would be feasible, and so might an alliance, but obtaining land in Mishfarden would be another matter entirely.

You Lords might call yourselves Kings, but to others Lundland is the kingdom, and you are just another one of its petty vassals.

So, for example, I have 5 fiefs (which is what I currently have in my Pre-NS excel sheet). I keep three?
