Well my laptop died so I had to use the family PC in the hallway and I could tell my parents wanted my ass off and in bed...normally I'd be on my laptop and my tablet would be for lurking and games and classwork. *sighs* I still need to get used to it though, it cost a lot money and I don't want it to go to waste. Ahem. Your writing is fine, you shouldn't worry so much. And you better stay up for this post damnit. I could be eating or sleeping or watching tv but I wanna get this post done and damn, Katniss is getting emotional and I haven't even skipped yet...fuuuuuck.

Well Peeta is telling Prim/Gale so that is something and Haymitch/Katniss not knowing is for thier own good, even if it might not seem like it. Ehhh still I can understand the guilt but hey, that our character's problems! XP

Aw starting posts is a pain cause sometimes people get intimidated and vanish. Like wtf, YOU start then. You should be happy with your writing, at least what I've seen, you're not horrible...sorry it's late...I can't brain very well. But I do know what you mean but you should know you totally rock and to sometimes accept that the muse isn't on your side but you can still make a good post, the effort will still shine through.

I usually don't mind starting, but with some people you can just tell they're not even willing to start and it bugs me. Like, nah u can do it byeeee. And then they'll be like, oh I have things to reply to and I'm over here like, bitch me too, the fuck?? But I really should have started this thread because in the end it's a lot easier for me. Not that I have a bad post to work with or anything. But haha, I'm glad you don't think I'm as horrible as I think I am!

Starting can be fun, deep down I do like it because I enjoy setting the scene but some people push it on me and it's like...you could offer bro. I totes know what you mean. We all got threads of our own. It's a great feeling when you are caught up but you have no idea what do because you SHOULD have a post usually. It's 2 AM, my head is beyond silly at this point, which always makes things fun. I am skipping now and must channel all my thoughts into what I want this point to be. Oh, I know. I've pretty much always been the one to start threads since I started roleplaying. Like, it's nothing new, I just wish more people would offer. When you offered, omg I was ecstatic, haha. It was so lame but i was like, THEY OFFERED TO START. THEY'RE GOING TO START. WOW! Because that just does not happen for me very often. And I know what you mean about dragging info out of people. I tend to stop messaging them before we even get to OOC because it's like, you're not giving me anything now, you're probably not going to give me anything later.

It's 5AM here, lmao. I'm up with pain, but am determined to finish this reply before I take a pill and crash. I think the train would be a good place to stop just because we're not letting any of them say goodbye. I won't try and plot my response until I read yours though.

When someone does offer, it feels like I'm being punk'd for some reason cause it hardly ever happens. I wonder if RPs have ever been cast aside because both people were being pussies and didn't start because 'they dun wanna' or 'I just cantt'. I guess it's not really our problem though. You can kind of get a vibe off people when you're chatting before OOC is needed, whether or not they'd be a good match and sometimes you think NOPE...better not.

That kind of happened to me with someone, haha. I was late posting my character sheets because of halloween but they were too and they came at me like, ARE WE DOING THIS OR WHAT? and I was like, shit you didn't post either? I ended up unsubbing. It wasn't worth the hassle, imo. And yeah, exactly. Although sometimes you think it's going good with someone and they just disappear and that really sucks.

Yeah, I am. It's going to be cold today, and I think it's supposed to sleet or something, so my whole left side hurts. But I'm on a roll with this post finally, so I'm now more determined than ever to get it finished.

I'm liking my post so far, which is nice, since some things I write this late/early are more of a parody than a real post...Now Effie can call Katniss' name and then...I assume Peeta, or would we want Haymitch to be called and no need to volunteer? It depends what side we want the public to see, Haymitch raising his hand and Effie's heart breaking, or Peeta not taking his place? I assume it would Peeta, then Haymitch speaks up, might be best yeah?

I am in the mood, I just had a hard time picking a starting point and then putting two characters in the post instead of one. So I ended up going in a completely different direction. Normally word counts like that would intimidate me, but I don't think I'll have an issue when there's going to be so much going on. When I write reapings. they tend to be long anyway.

I think it would be Peeta being called and Haymitch volunteering. It will make for good TV and it might make the other victors see Haymitch as more of a threat. If he feels good enough to volunteer, what else can he do? you know?

Sometimes going in a different direction is what does the trick. Something refreshing and unexpected can really spice up a post and make it much easier to attack...or seduce, depending on the post heheh. I'm glad you got it figure out though, not being able to post can be such a drag if you want to, but somehow can't put it together.

And yeah I think him taking Peeta's place would be better, I think that's what we planned anyway. Oh Effie...Oh Peeta...oh everyone...I apologize for nothing!
