Selene sighed slightly, "no I'm not new here simply prefer my own company." She murmured her hair was covering her golden coloured eye her blue one looking around for a moment. Flicking her redish brown locks over her shoulder she noticed another coming towards where she and Sonja sat. "Most people here are to loud for my liking." She noticed James sit down and took a breath as he asked if it was ok for him to join them. "Yeah I don't see why not." She whispered as her hand came across a lettuce leaf bring it to her lips just with her power showing she was an earth user although not what type. Looking across the cafeteria she sighed a little the outwardly shy 17 year old was trying her best to communicate with the two sitting at the table with her. "So what zodiacs are you?" She asked trying to make conversation as she continued to fed herself the salad by her own power.

"I see." Sonja nodded at the girl's response. He wasn't that surprised at that, really, since he hadn't really taken the time to get to know anyone the year before. Heck, she could have even been in the same class as him and he probably wouldn't have remembered. He agreed that there were a lot of loud people though. He just mostly tuned them out.

Hm... so the boy was a Virgo. Meticulous...analytical...practical...or so I've read. An earth sign, at any rate. Sonja couldn't help but wonder if he had also been one of the students he had pretty much ignored last year.

Remembering that he still had to answer the question, he turned back to the girl. "Pisces."

After practicing for awhile, Fay decided she should take a break. She was craving some food, all she had today was a granola bar after all. While making her way to the cafeteria she passed several students. She rolled her eyes at the obnoxious rumors they were spreading. Rumors were just ridiculous in her opinion.She shook her head slightly and walked into the cafeteria. After picking out some food, she made her way to an empty table. Her eyes told anyone nearby 'don't you dare sit down next to me'. Although she was a great speaker, she hated talking with people. Fay ate her food in silence as she watched the student body parade around the cafeteria. This would be an extremely long year.

Selene smiled softly as she heard Virgo spoken from one of the boys. Being herself a Virgo she wondered what powers he had. Looking to Sonja she nodded her head a water user pisces to be precise. He seemed like a good enough person and seemed to understand where she was coming from. Taking a breath her eyes seemed to look up for a moment. One blue one gold in colour a birth defect that she didn't perticularly like. "I'm a Virgo." She uttered the words seeming somewhere between a blessing and a curse. Lifting a tomato to her lips she took a bite and then looked at her empty bowl before closing her eye and tuning out of the cafeteria into the surrounding areas wanting to hear if anything interesting was going on outside.

Austin walked inside the arena, down to the floor. A harsh smile formed on his face, looking around the bare arena. He immediately began to set things up, getting out the dummies, muscles flexing as he lifted them, eyes narrowed. He was rather strong, from training, but certainly not as strong as the people who's gifts were supernatural strength. He set up ten, fire proof dummies, in a spiral, spread enough to go completely around. He then removed his shoes and socks, preferring to fight bare foot as to not burn his clothes. He took a deep breath, standing in the center, his legs were slightly more then shoulder length apart, his eyes pinpointed at the closest dummy. He took a deep breath again, where he jumped up, fire bursting from his feet to push him up higher, he kicked out with both legs, a large ball of fire impacting the fire proof dummy. He landed, immediately bringing the back leg up, and swinging it in a diagonal from upper right to lower left, a large wave of fire impacting the dummy. He continued to train, his movements becoming more aerobatic and advanced as he moved slowly from the closest to the farthest, quitting when each dummy was pushed back around three feet.

James wasn't too surprised when Sonja said that he was a Pisces, his analytical power gave him some hints to that, and when Selene said that she was a Virgo James smiled but his senses did pick up on a bit of negativity in her voice when she said it.

"Cool, is one of your powers super analytical?" he asked her curious to hear her response.

"How boring.." She muttered to herself. The cafeteria was just full of immature morons, there was nothing to do. She tried reading her science textbook but quickly finished. Now she had the whole year memorized and wouldn't have to listen to pointless teachers talk. Fay couldn't understand why she even had to show up to school. All she had to do was read the lesson book and she'd get 100% on every test. She was born having a photographic memory, so it was natural for her to succeed wonderfully in education. Except there was no enjoyment in any of it whatsoever. Fay sighed heavily.

She glanced at a group of teenagers, four tables away from hers. Without meaning to, she read them. She had the ability to sense Zodiac's gifts. Two were Virgos, one with the gifts of earth manipulation, deep listening, and healing. The other Virgo had Precision, plant manipulation, and super analysis.The third was a Pisces like herself, with the powers of omnilingualism, fish mimicry, and water manipulation. Fay knew each of them could feel a slight tingle, the effect of her sensing people's gifts. Why was she being so reckless? Fay quickly pretended to be reading her book again. Although they could feel something strange happening, they still didn't know what was exactly going on. They had no reason to suspect her for invading their privacy. Unless the boy with super analysis figured out what was going on. Why did she have to accidentally read someone with super analysis?

Sonja listened quietly as the girl revealed which zodiac she belonged to. Both of these students were Virgos, then. Made enough sense. The boy's question made Sonja wonder if he also had the same ability. Perhaps it would be best not to assume so much so soon, though. Looking back down at his dictionary for a moment as he waited for the girl to answer, he soon felt something odd. Was someone staring at him or something? That wouldn't be anything too new; he could just block it out like usual, but he did feel a little stranger than usual right now. Shivering a bit, he tried to shake off the feeling and return to his book.

Turning away from Selene, James' analytical senses picked up on another student focusing on them. his eyes locked onto the girl and his superhuman analysis ability kicked in. Within a moment James' senses told him that she was no trouble to them and he his analysis told him that she had the ability to read other zodiacs' powers. This gave him the suspicion that she was another Pisces like Sonja.

"She sensed our powers to find out what they were, she was most likely just curious, she's not a threat" James said to Sonja calmly.

Fay knew the instant the Virgo boy glanced at her that he knew. She cursed under her breath. Even though she knew it was immature, she didn't want them to think it was a mistake. She wanted to keep her image of someone who always had a plan. The intelligent girl, always thinking. If they knew she did it, well then there was reason for it. Fay slammed her book and stood up. She slowly walked past the two Virgos and Pisces, smirking. Let them think about that, she thought to herself. Let that boy analyze that. In a way, she did have a plan, to keep her status up. Of course, not even the super analyzer could know that. As she passed their table, she made their drinks bubble. It gave away her house, but she wanted them to know. She left the cafeteria with her head held high.

"Is that all? I wouldn't ever have thought of her as a threat. There are plenty of other people who would be more beneficial to pick fights with here, I'm sure." The other boy's ability seemed pretty useful, being able to tell something like that so quickly. Sonja turned another page in his book, only vaguely noticing the girl walk by and the bubbling of his water. Why do people always do that? People messing with the liquids that others drank was by no means a new thing to him anymore. For some reason, he seemed to see people from the House of the Seas messing with people's drinks a lot the year before. Though, he had to admit that he used to do the same thing to his own drinks whenever he was alone. Being at home or in his dorm room alone meant that he sometimes needed something to do when he was giving his eyes a break from all the books. "I expect that was some sort of introduction..." he mused.

Selene had tuned out of the room so she didn't even hear James question. Although she could tell that someone near by was using their powers she figured it was just some student messing around as they normally did on the first day. Coming back from zoning out she heard James speak again before regestering the first question he asked. "No it isn't I can heal, manipulate earth and a thing called deep listening which is basically listening to the earth and being who walk upon it I can pick up bits and peices of of humans but they are mentally stronger I can pick up on if powers are being used though." She said quietly. Her eyes looking around the room before she rose. "Please escuse me I think I will retire from here." Turning she left the cafeteria heading towards the training area wanting to practice her earth manipulation power.

Zora wondered why there was hardly anyone around. "Probably food," she says to herself, looking up at the sky. Well, that left her all this space to herself. And for that she was almost grateful. Usually this place was swarming. But she had somehow managed to find a peaceful spot. It almost seemed this was a mock, because her luck was rarely ever in her favor.
Taking a drag, she kicked a few rocks out of the path.

Fay left the cafeteria in a rush. She moaned to herself. This school really stunk. She honestly didn't know what to do now. She refused to go to the training area, working out with others wasn't her thing. After quickly thinking, she decided to walk back to the library. As she arrived there, she took out her class textbooks and stacked them all on a table. She knew she looked like a complete nerd, but well she was one. She began reading each one, glad to take her mind off something. People were glancing at her with shocked faces but Fay completely ignored them. Let them stare at her, she didn't care.

Sonja watched the girl leave and continued eating his food. "Hm..." He wasn't really sure if she was no longer comfortable sitting there, or if she just had something else that she needed to do. Since she was gone, though, he turned his attention to the other boy. "I don't think you confirmed it before, but you are one with super analysis, aren't you? It just seems to make sense so far, anyway." He took another bite of his food as he waited to see if he was correct.

"Yes I am the one with the Super Analyses, and it looks like I am the only Virgo with it in this school" James said with slight smile. He had hoped to meet others with powers like his but James guessed that he should just be grateful to be in a school with other kids like him. He was still curious to find out what types of classes they would take at the academy since he was a freshmen at this school.

Selene took a breath as she finally made it to the training area ignoring the others around her she moved towards an area where the element earth was at its strongest. She had always been natural at earth manipulation and so far she wasn't sure she would enjoy this year at the school. Taking a breath she centred herself before raising her arms a pile of earth flowing up into the air as she twisted and turned with it changing it into shapes as she threw it as far as she could the chunk landing against the far end of the training area. Her eyes opened as she seemed to feel a little calmer deciding to practice more then one power at a time she tuned into the earth and made her movements flow she seemed almost graceful in her movements the earth seeming to guide her as she went through offensive and defensive moves practicing as peices of earth flew and moved around her doing there own dances. The deep listening helped in knowing when an opponent was near and she hoped that soon she would be able to spar with another student. She found I the year before most avoided her because of her unusal eyes and she didn't care she had spent a lot of time studying and practicing.
