Since she's blind (unless I'm looking at the wrong Katherin, though I'm pretty sure I'm not) she probably wouldn't be able to see it most times, though if she ever made him mad enough to use the physical side of it (a.k.a: try to hurt his brother) she would definitely feel it. Then again, I could be wrong and Katherin has some way of sensing it.

You forget that the housekeeper can do whatever they do. Plus she's learned a few neutralizing tricks over the years.
