I'm working on several characters for a roleplay I want to eventually set up. These are a set of antagonists and Protagonists I'm working on they're as follows bellow:
The son of a Spanish politician and a well known fencer, Fulgur has been inducted into the order of 'Octos Elementorum', or 'Eight Elements'. They are a secretive order of swordsmen who each wield a sword corresponding to one of eight elements of power. Fulgur's is a rapier bestowed with the power to absorb and control lightning. The purpose of the order is to ensure peace in the world by resolving conflict from behind the scenes. This ranges from quelling political conflicts, battling criminal organizations, demons and monsters and much more.
Fulgur is an anthropomorphic rabbit with white hair combed down the middle and red eyes. He keeps a slim, athletic build and is known to keep his nails and claws manicured. As Gladius Fulgur, meaning 'Sword of Lightning', Fulgur represents honesty and decisiveness. As such, he is a very straight forward person, preferring to get right to the point of the matter and always says what he thinks and feels. While this allows him to handle matters quickly and decisively, this also makes Fulgur seem tactless and rude. However, this has also made people have a great amount of trust in Fulgur.
Also reflecting this, Fulgur is a duelist, favoring the use of the rapier & its many variations as well as a singly dueling pistol. In historical roleplays, this would be a flintlock pistol, while modern interpretations would have him wield a magnum revolver. The rapier itself has the ability to absorb and disperse electricity in powerful, yet precise bursts. Whether its active or dorment, the sword becomes one with its wielder's whole being and when they die, their spirit merges with the blade. As the user becomes able to absorb electricity, they are in fact invulnerable to any electricity-based attacks. However, they can only use the sword's ability to manipulate electricity when the blade is active-by conjuring it to its wielder's hand.

Medieval/Rennaisance Timeline : The wealthy son of an aristocratic family, Fulgur begins to wonder if he has any place in the seedy world of betrayal and lies that make up Spain's political world. In the meantime, he has made a name for himself as an accomplished duelist. He is eventually discovered by the order and inducted as Gladius Fulgur.
Modern Timeline : 500 years ago, the original Octos Elementorum was all but destoryed during it's battle with the Cathloic inquisition. Seven of the eight swords have been scattered and the order's last surviving member, Gladius Ardoris, had said to have gone missing. In modern times, the young rabbit that would become Gladius Fulgur is nearing the completion of his college education, while fighting off pressure from his family to get into politics. One day a wolf calling himself Ardoris appears, offering Fulgur a golden rapier that he claims will bestow him the power to change the world. When he takes it, he becomes the new Gladius Fulgur.
Sonic The Hedgehog Universe : In ancient times, the order were the original guardians of the Chaos emeralds and the Master emerald, whose members came from various walks of life, all over the world. The storyline is more or less the same as the last two versions, except that Fulgur would wield a chaos emerald and a mundane rapier and pistol.

Created by an infamous e-celebrity known as Battōsai Miyamoto Shinkage Ōgami Ryū Mugen Jin Musashi, or just Weeaboo Musashi, as a supporting character for his crappy animated fanfiction original anime called Sonuto: The Animation. Saduske is a white recolor of Shadow the hedgehog who bears all of Shadow's abilities, as well as those of Uchiha Sasuke (from Naruto) and Hollow Ichigo (from Bleach).
According to Weeaboo Musashi's anime; Saduske used to be the inner hollow of the title character, Uzumaki Sonuto (an orange recolor of Sonic with Naruto's hairdo), before he was rejected by the ten-tailed beast inside Sonuto. He was then found by Sasuke during his training under Orochimaru. Sympathizing with the white hollow hedgehog's desire for revenge, Sasuke takes him in as his Kyodai-nin or 'Ninja brother' and he trains under Orochimaru. After Orochimaru is killed, the two part ways; Sasuke going off to kill Itachi and Saduske following Sonuto to Karakura Town to kill him.
However, Shaduske is always beaten by Sonuto and his quest of vengeance ends when a female hedgehog name Marinata Hyuuga Robotnik turns him good by having sex with him showing him that friendship and love is far more important that strength and revenge. Afterward, Shaduske went from a dark brooding jerkass anti-hero archetype, to yet another bland "I'm gonna give it my all for the sake of justice, friendship and destiny!" archetype.
When imagined into the real world by Weeaboo Musashi, Saduske follows his creator's rampage to destroy all of Korea The Evil Empire, kidnap innocent women and force them into an illicit marriage unite Weeaboo Muashi with his beloved harem and murder innocent people whose only crimes were trolling the weeaboo or daring to argue against him defeating the souless, slanderous gaijin for tarnishing Weeaboo Musashi's honor.
However, despite all the powers and abilities he wields in Weeaboo Musashi's imagined world, his abilities in the real world are determined by his creator's knowledge of the subject. Since Weeaboo Musashi never bothered to even research real-life martial arts, let alone train in them; he has no idea how fighting techniques are actually applied. Thus, Saduske actually fights more like this

In the real world, your character is part of an effort to subdue Weeaboo Musashi and his gang of recolors. You have encountered Saduske. Depending on your character, he will try to capture you, kill you or bring you to his creator as a prisoner.
[*]Let's say that some canon characters exist in this universe, and one of them runs into Saduske. What will the result be? What if Saduske runs into the real Sasuke, how will the young ninja react to a strange looking creatur who thinks they're brothers?
