Also, I thought that in the OP it said that you had to start at the exact same position as the nation did historically at that date. Personalization comes later?

It's possible to mold your history a bit. America has MacArthur as president since 1949, and I still own the Netherlands East Indies.

That needs to be stated in the OP then...things would be slightly different in China had I known that. Either way, I'd prefer we start after the armistice but it's GCs decision.
