A Fantasy Undead Wasteland

So you are in a World filled with Dragons, Elves, Orcs, Ogres, Dwarfs, Halflings, Goblins, Gnomes, and now the undead. A zombie apocalypse has begun because a human scientist created a virus. It affects all races. Everything is affected. It has been going on for a year and now 1/4 of the population are zombies. The rest are in Camps or strongholds.

The gnomes and humans are around early 19th century while the rest are kind of medieval. Just no guns

The world is semi modern semi medieval. The Humans and Gnomes have 19th century new york type cities while the other races have castles and palaces. The camps are manned by humans so those areas are a bit more modern. Overall it is not really like dungeon and dragons.

Could be interesting :) Are the camps only inhabited by humans and the rest of the races fortify themselves in their own forts, or are they fighting together to stay alive?

Most camps are Multi Races, Some are just humans. Most fight together. Some are fighting alone.
