A RP Centered Around Youth Crime, Anyone?

Well, I haven't seen any RP's that really go into too much detail about crime in youth, much less the youth gang culture. Wondering if anyone will be interested in doing this, with, characters around pre-teen to teen age. The RP will appropriate for teens, however, meaning it's going to include profanity, underage drinking, use of drugs, possibly illegal fighting, and et cetera.

Oh, yeah. I'm going to try and cleanup this post. I actually came up with more ideas instead of this one just centered around the 'bad' teens. Other roles could be played - parents, teachers, police officers, shop owners, etc - 'good' teens and their perspective on the crimes eating away at their city. Will be adding the new details to the post.
