You're the crew, time to find the ship. This RP takes place before the events of the movie Serenity and around the time of the events of the show. The war is over, but life goes on.

Ruby and myself will be Co-GMing this RP, feel free to come to us for any questions you may have.

Name: Rev Arnow

Age: 36

Description: Tall and lean, with numerous scars marring his body, and naturally dark features. Arnow moves with grace unmatched by most, but its obvious just by talking to him that his social skills are lacking.

Personality: Arnow isn't a great communicator by any means, as the bits missing from his ears will attest to, but doesn't go searching for fights either. His ambitions are simple; drift through life without too much worry, but leave his mark on each planet he visits.

Skill set: Excellent in a brawl, or a swordfight, though only an average shot with a gun. Has rudimentary mechanical and piloting skills so he can keep the ship running in a pinch, though perhaps not for very long. He's also knowledgeable on many of the more obscure and strange cultures that dot the Rim Planets.

Equipment: A 2ft long sword he always keeps at his side, and a small supply of shrapnel-grenades. Other than that, he has a selection of formal clothes that he has collected over the years, tools for quick repairs, and a box of human teeth (not his of course.)

Unique traits: Arnow has ties with multiple professors throughout the 'verse, most experts on exotic ships and weaponry, from work he did earlier in life keeping Alliance salvage crews safe from pirates and other dangers.

Do you have an idea in mind for the sort of character you want to create, Galgarion? It might help drive interest if people can see an example of the kind of detail and characterizations you want in the sheet.

Unfortunately my character is kind of going to be a grey area until we get more people in, that way I can fill up whatever role the crew needs, mechanic, medic etc.

Name: (Unkown) currently goes by David Von Chesco

Age: 29

Description: David is of average height and a bit on the skinny side. He has light, fair skin and blue eyes. His hair is fairly short and when not working is usually spiked up as thats how he prefers to keep it.

Personality: David appears to be very outgoing and happy but when people are not around he seems to be fairly stern and serious. Not many people truly Know how he would act if he were to just be himself. One thing that you can always tell is that he is a fanatic about pistols, even if he's in character he will still show interest in any pistol in his view.

Skill set: While David is an excellent cracks hot with a pistol his true talents is his ability to deceive. David is a grifter and a swindler where his skills are best put are infiltration and trying to talk someone down. He can impersonate a person very good from their voice down to their walk if he's given enough time to properly study the person he has to impersonate.

Equipment: David owns a revolver which is his main means of attack. He also own a variety of plaster noses, scars, wigs and other such things for the more physical type aspects of a person along with his makeup he calls 'Man-ck-up' as lots of people make fun of him if he doesn't call it that. He also has a fairly large wardrobe.

Unique traits: He has some connections with a few high up officials in the Alliance that he's met under different names and guises most of which he was posing as another official but that had bitten him in the butt a few times in the past.

Can you possibly go into a little more detail on his higher ups? What positions they hold, in or out of gov., what personas specifically allowed him to meet up with them, etc. Not expecting a novel or anything, just a few more details.

Name: Mia Huang Long
Age: 20

Personality: Chatty and sarcastic, with a fair dose of bravado. Likes anything with moving parts or a power cell, but doesn't make much time for people she doesn't want to know better. When around close friends and a decent supply of drinks, however, she sometimes shows a softer side.

Skill set: Mia is a master with electronics, and a fair hand with machinery as well. She also has a knack for closing a deal, no matter the situation.

Equipment: More tools than you can count, a portable terminal and a "wrench set" that holds a machine pistol beneath a false bottom.

Unique traits: Mia's stint on a decades-old frigate gave her a passing familiarity with every black market on a dozen different systems, particularly the vendors that deal in ship parts and illicit electronics.

[Glendrine]

Lucas (or Luke) McCain is over six feet tall with a lanky build that belies his strength. He has sandy-blonde hair that is kept short and uncompromising light blue eyes. His voice is low and rather quiet when he speaks but rings out like a whip-crack when he barks a command. He typically carries a revolver which almost seems to magically appear in his hand with a twitch of his arm but when real trouble brews, he brings out a lever-action carbine that he carries in a scabbard over his shoulder.

He "knows his way" around a starship, being a better-than-average pilot and seems comfortable with command responsibilities, which he takes seriously. He's reluctant to say much about his past beyond the fact that he's captained ships before.

I edited my character on the officials side. I don't really know what would be considered a higher up type person in firefly so I just went with the more specific ness of being in the alliance and went into a tid bit of detail with his other identity.
