Avatar: Post-Korra?

Thinking about doing a post-Korra avatar rp. Maybe a plot involving spirits warring against humans and their technology?

I might be interested. How long after Korra? Long enough for a new, young avatar? Maybe more akin to modern day?

I'd be up for an Avatar RP, but why would the Spirits go to war with Humanity over technology? They have no trouble living in Republic City.

I once had one where some sacred place was destroyed or else being threatened in the name of progress. Just a thought.

That's what I'm thinking. Or the events with Kuvira making the spirit cannon caused a chain reaction of scientific advancement at the cost of the safety of spirits, so they're fighting back. It could be both the sacred space and the threat of spirit-fueled technology.

And I'm thinking maybe something akin to 60 years later? But the war with the spirits would have been going on for some time, ravaging technological advances, and even setting some areas of the world back.

I will keep my eye on how this evolves. Question: what would have happened to the arts of wind-bending?

Well the air-benders are back in full force, so I like to think they would have repopulated the temples and such.
