I have a character of mine that I want to give some love.

I don't really do 1x1s. I've done it before, but that was … a while ago.
I want a dedicated player who wont just suddenly leave me hanging and who can accept a few days of lull and/or wait every now and then. Since I want something that is mainly character-centric, I need someone who has an attention to detail.
I am a High Casual to Low Advanced player and I would (obviously) like to play with someone of approximately my own level.
My partner needs to be comfortable with adult, sexual situations and BDSM and should be able to play the dominant part of such a relationship.
On my end, I have a fifty-something years old half-human, half-elf, pansexual, masochist, Prince by the name of Elias Nihmgor. He lost his right to the throne due to his muddy blood to his younger sister, though he holds no ill will towards her for her. In fact, he is very close to her and she is the only one of his own people who does not seem to mind his heritage.
He also has a wife; the result of an arranged marriage that the Council set up in order to further their alliance with the nymphs.
I have a rough outline of how the world should be, but it is mostly negotiable.
