~Witch hunt~
If you were to wait until exactly 2:36 AM and looked directly above, you would see one especially large shining star, now, slightly to the left. No the other left. You would see exactly where you need to look to find our setting. In some distant galaxy, in some distant solar system, on some lonely little blue dot, you would find Eitmal. The planet of magic.
Eitmal is very much alike earth, though with some noticeable differences. Instead of turning to electricity for energy, they have tapped into something alien to us. Mana. The ever flowing supply of whimsical energy each living thing can exert. It can also be found flowing from the planets core, and seeping through the air. Humans and other such fantasy creatures live on this planet and use mana to function and work. Technology much alike and yet much different to ours is present, and while fascinating to us, is commonplace for them.
"Magic" is the arcane application of mana. The control of that energy to do amazing things. While some magic is as mundane as writing text without the hand, some is of course, much more nefarious. People who can use such dangerous magic need to be licensed under the world government. If they do this they are then a "mage" if they do not do this, then they are in fact, a "witch"
Witches are on the up-rise, and they rally together to remove the need for licences and formality, saying magic is a right and should be free to everyone no matter what the application. To counter this many mages have formed together into "guilds" to hunt witches. They are, in short, bounty hunters. Claiming the rewards placed on witches heads to survive and thrive.
Our story will take place in the city of Iul (Uh-luh) the capital of Freid (Freed) and home to the world governments head base. The world is nearly as modern as ours, though with some distinction.

1.All standard guild rules apply, if you doubt doing it, just don't.
2.I will reject people for being un-creative. This is harsh yes but I don't want "can control fire" as a magic ability. That is done to death. Something more like "can commune and command spirits of flame" would be more interesting. I want weird and obtuse please.
3.Please try and have fun, not only that but please try and help others do so too. It's a team game after all.
4.If you are signed up for this you are my family now. And I will crescent-kick anyone who disobeys me under my roof got it. I worked hard to build this house! I didn't walk 60000 miles in 40ft snow uphill both ways to Satan's A-hole school with one shoe and no legs just for you to ruin it. Never will this empire fall, my plan is fool proof. The bank will be closed and that's your chance. Take out the guard and we'll be out back. The donkey is fully loaded and we have as much ribbon candy as we can handle. We're golden Pony boy. Never again do we have to starve in the freezing hot rain of the Saharan arctic. Your beautiful neon grin skin will never need to touch those filthy brats again. Our towel company is booming and no one knows our secret. It's you me and me kid. It's you and me.
