Jet Set Radio Future was my favourite game from my first steps into gaming. (I am a young gamer, my first console was the PS1, but the original xbox is my favourite childhood console.) JSRF is still one of my top games EVER and I enjoyed it for multiple reasons. Kick-ass soundtrack, awesome world, colourful characters and such an emphasis on the freedom of pop-culture. I think this could work REALLY well as a rp too. I don't have a story set in stone yet but it's safe to say would all be playing our own Rudies to make up one gang.
