So, hi everyone. I'm new here, obviously.

-XCOM: Enemy Unknown
-Dawn of War + expansions and DoWII + expansions
-Transistor
Books I read/like:
-Anything 40k by Dan Abnett or Sandy Michell
-Iain M. Bank's Culture series
-Ann Lekie's Ancillary trilogy
-Jurassic Park
Movies/TV shows I watch/like:
-Marvel's Agents of Shield
-Any of the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies (excepting Iron Man 2. That was bad.)
-Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow
-Mulan
-Firefly and Serenity
(Pen and paper) RPGs I like and would recommend:
-D&D 3.5e and 5e, but not 4e.
-Eclipse Phase
-Traveller (Mongoose and Gurps. Pre-ordered the new Mongoose edition!)
-Mutants and Masterminds
-The Fantasy Flight 40k RPGs (Dark Heresy, Rogue Trader, Deathwatch, Only War, Black Crusade)
-The Fantasy Flight Warhammer Fantasy RPG.
Other random things I like:
-Atomic Rockets
-Realistic Sci-fi.
-Self-consistent magic systems
-Worldbuilding. Oh god do I worldbuild.
-40k. Have ~1000 points worth of space marines, and a few random bits from basically all of the factions, "random bits" including everything from a necron lord I originally got for a Deathwatch game up to and including a baneblade, which, coincidentally, also featured in said Deathwatch game. Haven't played in... ages, since 5th edition. And then only like two games.
