Okay, @Loony@Protobandit@knighthawk@Saarebas it looks like this thing is actually going to happen. Once Loony and their brother get their characters posted I'll get straight to work on an opening post. Also Loony, you can play Talc if you want, even if you want to start off technically working for Homeworld. I've kind of written the first villain as the type of person who would want someone like Talc working under them specifically because Talc doesn't seem like that much of a soldier. You can have whatever other character you were planning on having too since multiple characters are allowed here.

@Loony Oh man, that was almost as bad as Quarter Life: Halfway to Destruction, and apparently voiced by the same guy. Also I'm actually starting to think that in revenge for what just happened Evenkite should make a plan to sabotage Spinel's future attempts at being and scary and turn them into jokes. Or like, even worse jokes than they normally are. If that's something Evenkite would do, I mean.

@Akayaofthemoon He should be back tomorrow, right? I recall him saying he'd be gone for the weekend, although he did also say it would be a long weekend, which is actually kind of weird come to think of it. Independence Day is obviously coming up in the U.S. but I'm not aware of any holiday happening tomorrow.

I really hope our gems discover the internet at some point. Spinel will probably discover the 'spoopy/creppy' meme and assume that those are legitimate alternate spellings of those words, because she honestly won't understand that they aren't referring to things that are actually frightening. Maybe Evenkite could try to convince the other gems not to correct her, so she'd go around unironically bragging about how spoopy she is.

Spinel either left the weapons she'd gathered in Sodalite's hands or dropped them at her feet, whichever came first. She looked extremely proud of herself. This was probably the second happiest Spinel had ever been, the first being a few moments ago when she was rolling on the ground laughing. "Wooooooo, I spooked Grumpy Evenkite so badly she's been driven mad!" She then walked over to where Howlite was and said "Did you see the show, Obedient Gray? Aren't I a good spook?"

Are we talking about possible upgrades to ours gem's powers? Aside from the obvious things like more powerful arrows and longer invisibility time, I've been thinking it would be cool for Spinel to eventually gain the ability to throw her voice eventually leading to Evenkite's plot to murder her due to not being able to put up with her "spoopy" abilities.

@Saarebas Like I said in our PM conversation he's accepted, however the one thing I'm not willing to move on is having villains that powerful confront the good guys early on. You could play an alternate universe version of Amber or some other character if you want something to do before the heroes are ready to take Serendibite on.
