@Loony Hum now I'm interested to hear more about Quebec. But yeah I assumed as much, most places that have a really strong reputation for being polite really aren't that super polite, just generally less confrontational, I think. And I guess when you said that Ontario thought it was the center of the universe New York and Texas were the first American places that came to mind, although if we're being honest my own home state has it's own far, far less justified and sadly misguided penchant for considering itself the center of the universe. I think it stems from how the rest of the country suddenly pays all its attention to us every time it's time to get a new president.

@Akayaofthemoon You just missed some assorted random yammering, nothing too much. Hope your table shopping went well!
@Loony I guess you'd know how Canadians are better than me. Is it like many places that are highly regarded as being polite, which is that they're really just as bad as everyone else but less up front about it? Sorry it sounds like you had to deal with crappy stuff in Quebec, I thought they were cool. So is Ontario like Canada's Texas, or their New York, maybe?

Lol I like just discovered how many different things can be made into butter.
@Loony Lol I wonder what part of America. I'll say that things can be very different depending on where you go. But yeah, it kind of makes sense when you put it that way. I'm still a little surprised that Canada wasn't the most polite one, that's like the first time I've ever seen someone subvert the 'all Canadians are polite' joke. I just sort of assumed the last one was Kurdistan by default because if you were to go the full-on hyperbole route with America, that should have been a shotgun, and he should have been holding a burger in his other hand. I like your way of describing it though.

Yeah I pretty much only go on Tumblr in bursts too, and I just sort of completed my most recent one. I spammed all of my followers with butter.
@Loony Huh? So Americans are the polite ones? I just assumed that was Canada, because Canada. The third was honestly an okay contender for America too. I'm flattered and yet I somehow wonder where on Earth he got that idea about us... I mean, in some towns people are like that, but the farther you go into the city the luckier you are if people will politely not mow you down. And I think I'd love Kurdish cops, oh man. I suppose it really is good that alcohol is hard to come by there if that's how they are though... 0_0

Also, just a heads up since you follow me, I've kind of been losing my mind on Tumblr recently. I'm sorry for clogging up your dash with weird stuff.
@Loony Lulz the bit regarding American drivers was true enough to make me a little embarrassed. In some cities they won't even yell at you to go across. One time in NYC, stupid country bumpkin tourist that I was, I tried to cross the road at the last minute. Never do that in New York, the cars will start coming as soon as the sign changes and you just have to stand still and pray they're all able to go around you.

That guy is pretty funny, I like that Kurdish Vines is a thing.

Also the little dog in that car reminds me of my dad's dog.
@Akayaofthemoon Well, wikis should generally be taken with a grain of salt but it sort of makes sense.
@Loony I'm good at coming up with adorable things! And that Vine was pretty cute, I never thought I'd ever enjoy something from Vine but that one was actually pretty good.

@Akayaofthemoon Woooo East Coast represent!
@Loony I have resolved to start calling you Little Loonster.
@pyroman Yeah that's what I thought I heard too.

@Akayaofthemoon I dunno, it was definitely an "M" place anyway. I've never been to Maryland so I can't say for sure if it looks like that, although Beach City does somewhat resemble some northern beaches I've seen... even though Maryland isn't in the north.
@Akayaofthemoon Yeah that's what I though, the fact that the show contains entire fictional states makes me think that their Maine is at least different from our Maine if it even exists.
