@Guardian Angel Haruki Yeah, that's probably why. And I don't really know, it's possible. Maybe 'temple' was just the best word they had for it, but they serve a purpose that's only similar to what temples are for on Earth. Also, since some of the art in the temples appears to be of Rose Quartz' deeds, Homeworld may not have been the ones who put them there.

@Akayaofthemoon That makes a lot of sense. I think that's also a really big part of why Pearl loved Rose so much, even depended on her. Rose may have been the first person to really see Pearl as 'Pearl' and not "Pearl #3423527" or whatever.

@Akayaofthemoon That's a really good point, from the sound of things on Homeward everything has it's place and anything that doesn't fit into that is instantly rejected. That probably is a big part of why Rose loved humans so much. In fact, I just though of something, maybe the reason she loved Greg's "If every pork chop were perfect" saying so much was because it summed up why she loved Earth so much, because for the most part, at least from her point of view, people are free to find their own place here.

On that topic, I'm also really starting to wonder what exactly about Pearl made Jasper immediately recognize her as 'defective.'

@Akayaofthemoon Yeah, the way Pearl mentioned gem-controlled space it made me wonder if they're like Saiyans or something, the way Jasper dresses kind of makes me think they might be. One thing that you mentioned that I'd really like to see is if Pearl being a Pearl means that there are other Pearls just like her. Would they all have the same name? And we already know that Homeward really looks down on fusion, but does that mean it's illegal or something?

@Akayaofthemoon That sounds about right. I wasn't even aware the titles were out yet, but yeah, seeing Yellow Diamond and possibly learning a little more about Homeworld's leadership are just about at the top of my wishlist for this season.

@Akayaofthemoon Yeah, me too. I think the biggest thing I'm looking forward to in the upcoming bomb is going to be more reveals, because honestly this show is the best at reveals. I really, really want to see/hear Yellow Diamond say something even though that would probably give me a heart attack.
