Rio listened to Nohime, expecting an answer along those lines. Once Rio asked if she'd like to speak in private due to the soon expected wave of males entering the room, Nohime pretty much responded immediately by hiding behind her and accepting the offer. For some reason, Rio couldn't help a small smile of amusement jump onto her face, however it left just as soon as it came, making it go unnoticed. The sound of Eiichi's voice then attracted her attention, causing Rio to look at him. "Eiichi, just look at yourself, you've got to understand that rest is just as important as training." Rio looked at him for a little longer before turning around towards the door. "However, I won't stop you from doing what you feel is right. You'll just have to learn the hard way. Come on Nohime, follow me." Rio then started walking, expecting the girl to follow.

As they walked, a few Shinigami ran up to Rio every now and then, asking questions that Rio instantly answered without needing to look at who she was talking to. It was almost as if she knew the answer to everything, however for some of the questions Rio told them to 'refer them to the Captain' while still walking. "Stay close Nohime, I don't want you to wonder off." Rio sounded as she walked up the steps to the balcony. Soon enough, both had made it back.

Once they were both inside with the door closed, Rio offered Nohime a seat at the low table in the middle of the room with four large cushions placed around it for comfort. Rio then made the two of them a cup of tea before placing both cups on the table and taking a seat herself opposite Nohime. She then took a sip of her own tea, taking a moment to savour the flavour before swallowing and looking towards Nohime while placing her cup back onto the table. "Firstly, consider yourself accepted into the Squad. Despite the danger you put Eiichi in, you did show potential. Now I'm not going to interrogate you by asking why you act that way towards men, however if you wish to tell me then you can. I want you to be able to trust me and know that anything personal you tell me will not be repeated outside of our conversation and will be branned as confidential. I do want to help you or get someone suitable to help you control yourself around male allies as I will not risk members being put in danger, do you understand?" Rio then took another sip of tea. "Also, I will let you know that I'm going to inform the Captain of your spar. There is no need to be alarmed, this is just a protocol that I have to follow whenever initiating a new member. I will also discuss with him how we would be able to help you."

When she was about to deal the strike she was thrown back rather hard into the wall, and came right back out of it ready to finish it, and with the man on his knees it would be perfect, Nohime walked closer only for Rio to move in the way. Nohime stopped a few feet before Rio, her pupils becoming regular size again, as she stopped whatever she was bout to do. "S-sorry, I just don't deal well being near guys..... Sorry. " Nohime mumbled looking at the ground so she could avoid Rios dissapointment, and so she could see Eiichi walk away.

Rio looked down at Nohime, surprised at her sudden change of behaviour however not showing her emotion as she kept her face straight. "I see. But, how do you fair against a woman? Do you still hold the same furiosity while fighting those of the same gender?" Rio questioned, dropping her arms as she held eye-contact with the female. She noted how quickly Nohime changed back and thought about how to deal with Nohime from this point onwards since there were many male members, aswell as a male Captain. "You need to keep in mind that there are males within this Squad, also the Captain is of the male gender. However, we should talk in private, if you'd prefer we could go and have a chat back up in my room? You may feel a little more comfortable in there since soon more Shingami will flood into this area, the vast majority being male."

Rio wouldn't let you near her at the moment, she almost killed Eiichi soo xD

Rio stayed stood back in her position, arms crossed with eyes on both Shinigami, mainly on Nohime. 'Her Zanpakuto is her... right' Rio watched Nohime, sceptical at first of whether the girl would be able to fight. The more the Nohime shook, the closer Rio got to stopping the spar before it could begin, but then Nohime seemed to of changed completely within a split second which caused Rio's eye to widen a little. 'Ahhh, I see now...' Rio focused on the look in the girl's eyes, one of pure hatred which surprised Rio. Something must of happened within the girl's life to cause such a mixed reaction... After all, a Zanpakuto is an extension of yourself so the hatred and killing intent displayed could of been hidden inside her... Rio stopped trying to figure the Nohime out and just focused on the match but she had a feeling that she'd have to step in, however not yet. As long as Eiichi was about to handle her, Rio would wait and see, besides, Nohime was showing potential, just seemed to lack control.

Rio's eye then suddenly widened when she noticed Nohime attempting to break Eiichi's neck or stab him with something, she wasn't quite sure. 'I've left this to go on for too long, how foolish of me.' Once Eiichi had fallen to his knees, Rio shunpo'ed and reappeared in front of him, her arms still crossed as she faced Nohime. "That's certainly enough. I'm disappointed in you Nohime." Rio watched Nohime's actions, if she tried to attack, Rio would put her down immediately. This... was definitely something Rio had never witnessed before but despite this display being dangerous, it was also.. interesting. "Eiichi, it's time for you to go and rest. Thank you for your help and I'm sorry for not cutting in earlier... I'll take care of this now."

Nishiki nodded with Sui as she spoke. "Don't worry, you're all good in my books Takeshi~ I like you, you're really nice~ In more than one way~" Nishiki smiled and winked before she felt Sui's warmth leave her body. Turning around, she noticed a man with white hair strap Sui down. "Dammit Fuma." Nishiki uttered under her breath before turning to Fuma, placing her right hand on her hip and still holding her book in her left hand while giving Fuma an annoyed look. She only narrowed her eyes at him before he left. "Asshole." Nishiki never did like Fuma, especially whenever he tried strapping her down when she didn't even seek nor want help, he just forced it on her. He was nothing but an annoyance to her, she'd much rather wear her scars with pride, showing some Sqaud Eleven spirit but he wouldn't let her. Walking over to Sui's bed, Nishiki looked at her with concern. "Suzie, you Okay?"

Well, you can go the the Captain Kaizo but you'll have to wait until tomorrow for a response. Rio's only the Lieutenant, not the Captain and she's rather focused on the newbies since one of them basically seems to try to attack anyone that's males and Rio's kinda the only female that can stop her from going to far basically xD

"You're welcome hottie~" Nishiki smiled at Takeshi and was just about to introduce herself when she felt arms wrap around her waist. She then felt Sui rest her chin on her shoulder. Nishiki looked at Sui's face before giggling and waiting for her to finish talking. "Sneaky Sui~ Looks like I was wrong hehehe~" Nishiki stroked her cheek gently against Sui's before looking back at Takeshi. "Very nice to meet you Takeshi~ And I'm Nishiki Kalemoru, Third Seat of Squad Eleven~ And my Bezzie bud is right, no need to be shy around us, we won't bite so don't worry~ However, you are right Sui, those are cute reactions~" Nishiki smirked at Takeshi before giggling again as Sui blew in her ear.

Well that'd be Captain Kaizo and he'd be in his office but Kurisa's gone to bed and he's working tomorrow so it'd be a while before you'd get a reply owo
