Her eyebrows screwed together for a moment as she kept her eyes sealed. While slowly increasing her spiritual energy, the energy Miho penetrated through Kaizo's body increased in strength. She was in fact working on healing his battered spiritual energy and replacing it with renewed energy. This was the second stage to this technique. After a few minutes, Miho opened her eyes and dropped her hands slowly and quietly. She didn't want to startle Kaizo.

Standing up, Miho walked behind Kaizo and whispered close to his ear. "Don't be alarmed... I'll work on massaging your strained muscles... Now relax... Stop thinking... Just allow yourself to feel and breathe deep, slow breaths...." Pulling her head back, Miho placed her hands softly on the back of Kaizo's neck and carefully rubbed her thumbs in small circle motions along the inner edges of his shoulder blades. The fact that he was topless made it alot easier for her to maneuver her nimble fingers along his shoulders and upper back, rubbing and needing gently with her thumbs and fingers to work out the knots in his muscles. Miho also took this as an opportunity to view the tattoos across his back. 'Such an interesting appearance, I don't think I'd ever be able to bare tattoos but they look really nice' She smiled to herself while gently working on Kaizo's back, her hands warming up gradually as she continued. She was a very experienced masseuse which was one of many skills she possessed.

Miho continued to smile back at Kaizo before opening her delicate mouth to speak. "I see... Let us begin then..." Just as before, Miho began speaking alot more calmer than usual and spaced out her phases to make it easier on the ears and mind to understand. "Please... Close your eyes... Then inhale slowly.... Hold for three seconds... And exhale... I will follow" Miho closed her own eyes and performed the actions she told Kaizo to. After completing the actions, she continued to mention more instructions, this time performing them as she went, expecting Kaizo to do the same. "Inhale.... Exhale.... Inhale.... And exhale... Allow your thoughts to drift away... Let your mind go....Set your it free for a moment... The space is clear... There is nothing but you and me..." Miho silenced herself at this point to give Kaizo some time, soon he'd start to feel a warm energy flow into his body and wrap around him like a duvet of calming peace. The energy would feel comforting and safe as it'd whirl around Kaizo's body. This time Miho kept her hands still and eyes closed, her breathing was silent and almost non-existent.

Joyfully, Miho hummed a happy chuckle at Kaizo's acceptance of her offer. "Fantastic! I'm glad you accept my offer, now all I need from you is to know that you will follow my instructions Okay? It is important for the session" Miho gave the other Captain a small bow before extending her right arm and hand gracefully. "Please stand from your seat and join me on this side of your desk. I will take a seat on the ground with my legs crossed, please do the same and face me. I will then hold both of my hands out with my palms facing the ceiling. At that moment please place your palms on top of mine and follow each instruction I give. Once I've helped refresh your energy, I will massage the back of your neck and shoulders. I've noticed knots in the muscles of that part of your body merely from observing your posture as you walk and talk. I promise you, once I'm done here you will feel atleast a little bit better" Grinning at this point, Miho did as she said said and took a seat on the ground, waiting for Kaizo to follow suit. Once he would of taken a seat and faced her, Miho would then hold her hands out with palms facing upwards.

With a wide grin plastered on her face, Miho opened Captain Kaguza's door and let herself in once she heard his invitation, closing the door behind her. "Hello Captain Kaguza, how has your day been?" Her glassy blue eyes gazed at the seated man with a look of softness. "I had the feeling that you may be feeling rather tense so I wanted to ask if you'd like to relax? A stressed Captain isn't one that can perform to the best of their ability~ I specialise in relaxation techniques alongside healing and thought I could perhaps help you in terms of loosening your tense energy" Miho's grin shrunk to a gentle smile as her eyes glistened. Helping others helped her in many ways, the other Captain's were her allies after all so she wanted to make sure they were all feeling well.

Miho continued to smile as Kazu left the room. Once he had closed the door, Miho finally relaxed her face. "Huuuu... Now what's on the agenda today?" Leaning back in her leather office chair, Miho placed both of her hands behind her head and closed her eyes as she thought. 'Hmm, well I have to visit Squad Seven, then I have to teach defence skills here, then I'm going to go on a stroll around the Seireitei... Perhaps I should pay a visit to Squad Twelve then, I've been wanting to meet the Captain and talk with her for a while after-all... Hmmm, I'll see when the time comes. I mustn't forget to continue one-to-one mediation then yoga in the afternoon.' "Alright! Best get going" After reminding herself of the tasks she had to do for the rest of the day, Miho jumped up and out of her seat, stretching her whole body to stay nimble before patting down her Haori.

"Hm?... Oh yeah" Pulling out the symbols she used early from one pocket, Miho pulled out two bananas from her other pocket and set them down on her desk for later. Walking towards the door, Miho stepped out of her office and closed the door behind her before walking out of the Squad Four barracks and towards Squad Seven.

"Knock, knock, knoock~" Miho spoke playfully while knocking on Captain Kaguza'a office door. Miho often enjoyed visiting the other Captains when she had free time, it was interesting to see how other Squad were run and what activities were available for them.

Miho chuckled softly as Kazu spoke about his Captain before smiling once again. "Don't worry, I already knew you were going to give me that answer as she seems to always be a busy woman. I think I've only seen her during Captain's meetings if that... Although I'm not in a rush to speak with her, I'll probably visit the barracks one day and if I bump into her, then we can have a little chat" She continued to listen to Kazu, not surprised by the fact that he had memorise the place. "Ahh of course, well that takes a load off my mind. I really wouldn't like you to get lost around here hmhm. And what a cute smile you have" Miho's eyes smiled along with her lips as Kazu's mask's lenses began displaying smiles. "Well if there isn't anything else you need from me then I guess I'll bid you farewell for now, until we next meet again Lieutenant Shinka"

Miho leaned back in her chair after hearing Kazu's request. One half of her mind felt the idea was immoral, however the other half just thought of how many breakthroughs Squad Twelve could possibly achieve if they had freshly deceased bodies... especially in the medical department. Kido was good for healing wounds, however diseases, infections and poisons still needed antidotes. Every soul who becomes a Shinigami accepts death, they fight for the Soul Society and could benefit the Soul Society even more after death than they possibly did before death.

"As you're probably aware, that subject is a rather delicate one... but, I suppose if the family of the Shinigami doesn't state otherwise that they'd want the body after death then. Besides, most Shinigami do fill out a form to say their bodies could be donated for research purposes, I guess you want access to these bodies sooner rather than later" Miho looked to the left for a moment before looking back at Kazu, giving him full eye contact. She looked serious for once but soon her smile returned to it's rightful spot. "I believe some form of arrangement could be made between the two of us, but I will need to speak with your Captain at some point in regards to this" She kept her sweet smile on display before continuing to talk. "You should have a look around here, see if you can find any spots of interest for you incase you'd like to visit again without supervision. Atleast then you'd know your way around and I most certainly wouldn't want you getting lost on your visits here" Miho wasn't against the idea as all that was on her mind were the many more people with medical problems that she could save with the research made from the fresh bodies. Shinigami are aware that bodies are donated anyway so there isn't anything shady going on.

Miho smiled brightly from hearing that Kazu had in fact been helped by her technique. This greatly pleased Miho, all she wanted to do was help people after all. Kazu then leaned closer towards her and looked around shiftily, causing a dumbfounded expression to set on Miho's face.

Kazu was different from other Shinigami, but this type of behaviour seemed surprising out of character for him, well to her atleast since she only experienced the more happy side of Smiles. He then whispered a request for help. "Certainty I'll help you, let us talk in my office then so you'll feel more comfortable talking with me" Smiling brightly once again, Miho stood from her seat and looked around at the other members in the room. It seemed that the one-to-one segment for today would have to be postponed for another time. Reaching into one of her Haori pockets, Miho pulled out the symbols from early and tapped them together to get everyone's attention. Ting! "Thank you all for coming, unfortunately an important matter has arisen so I'm going to have to resume the one-to-one session for this afternoon. For now you are welcome to use this room to continue your meditation or to leave and do what you whatever. Join me in here this afternoon if you'd like to continue one-to-one mediation" Miho bowed a little as members began standing and stretching, talking with one other and what not.

"Right Kazu, follow me to my office" Smiling back at Kazu, Miho began walking, expecting the Kazu to follow.

After a short time, Miho stepped inside her office, leaving the door open for Kazu. Walking around her desk, Miho took a seat and pointed to one on the other side of the desk elegantly. "Please, take a seat Kazu and tell me what you need help with"

Miho chuckled happily as Kazu expressed a scientific interest in her scent. "I wouldn't mind having you join me while I excise or for a meal one day if you'd like. It would be nice to have some company, perhaps you could also invite your Captain along too so we can all get to know each other" She grinned at Kazu as she spoke with a hint of enthusiasm. Miho loved making friends and meeting new people, any chance she had she'd take it, anything was better than being alone during social activities. Kazu finally placed his palms on top of hers, now was when she could really show off one of her talents.

Lowering her grin to a delicate smile, Miho placed her thumbs on top of Kazu's hands to secure them. It had been a while since she preformed this onto a Lieutenant. "Alright now... Close your eyes... Back straight... Inhale.... Exhale... Inhale... Exhale... Focus..." As she did before, Miho followed the instructions she gave, expecting Kazu to follow along. Between both of their palms, a soothing warmth would fill the gap before an odd energy would flow into Kazu's body. He'd feel it flow through him before wrapping around him. The energy would have a comforting and reassuring feeling resonating from it.

Miho would then increase the pressure of this energy, making the feeling from it much stronger and noticeable, as well as a tad warming. The warmth that came from her palms would linger on Kazu's hands as she removed her own slowly, however it would feel as though her hands were still there. "You choose... How you'd like this energy to help you..." Speaking barely above a whisper, Miho opened her eyes to study Kazu's reaction to this. This was only meant to be a sample of what she could do, there were other techniques she had possessed for relaxation purposes, this was just one of the ones that she felt was suitable for these sessions. Also since she was unaware if Kazu was feeling stressed about anything, she didn't take things as far as she would of for someone who was in need.

"I really hope that helped you, even if it was a little bit" Miho would say after Kazu would choose to open his eyes.
