Okay, from what I see:
Shikai skill 1: Needs cooldown, maybe lasts 3 posts, takes 3 posts to cooldown seems reasonable to me.
Shikai skill 4: Increase health? Maybe a momentary buff so the user become more focused on attacking and damage sustainaned is nulled a little. The user would still feel pain but the pain felt would be less than damage caused? Slap a 4 post cooldown 3 post duration and that seems good to me ^_^ There is no health bar so it's hard to tell how much you health has gone down f(^_^')
Bankai ultimate skill: I like the skill, but get rid of the damage given is inflicted on the opponent since your blade is only a defence Kido type. Try to incorporate your type into some of your moves ^_^ But the rest is fine. Just need a cooldown, I'd say 7 or 8 post duration and cannont be used after until next Bankai summoning.
Keep in mind, no one other than Captains have obtained Bankai yet.
Apply these changes and you should be good to start unless the other's spot something ^_^
