I'll try to summarize as I am fairly good at it @Gun

Currently

Arcadia-1 the alliance of conquerors are in discussion through screens with the goa'uld, who are run by ba'al. Starkiller, one of the leaders is also in discussion with the mysterious Keith over the purchase of a nigh indestructible armor for him and his troops, for a sum well over a million credits.

Meanwhile, a strange new person named red is singlehandedly invading the goa'uld main base and fleet.

Over in ruined new york, you can find novas palace, currently every terminal from arcadia-1 minus the one to arcadia-2 is located there. Add, an insane time traveling esper, is squealing over kolons, genius cat things that have a variety of grenades, including one which can chibify you. Nova is currently meeting with one Axe rimmer, but their meeting has been interrupted by Absolis. And something about saber.

Rivard verse - in the rivard verse, the battle at conablum labs is just starting to cooldown. The invasion of the labs is being held back by a mixture of Advent, alien, and androids. While outside, Eto, Muffet, Cyano, and the ethereal are staring down ruiko and banha, who are backed up by 50 super space marines. Cyano is challenging ruiko to a fight, but beyond that, things aren't quite as hostile. However, a bomb nova gave ruiko caused the deaths of four million people.

Arcadia-2: currently in Arcadia-2, light and Shockwave are working on making some kind of bridge between universes. Ryu and gojiras group are currently wandering around doing a whole lot of nothing. After getting drunk and losing a kaiju and a kolon, bambietta basterbine found the kolon, tried to beat on some teenagers, one of whom is in their underwear, and yeah.

Hazama maintains a calm and quiet demeanor around most people, pretending to be harmless as a member of the Intelligence Department. He claimed to hate fighting and preferred to avoid conflict. This, however, was simply a guise to his true nature. When people saw through it, he showed his true colors as selfish and manipulative; destroying other people's lives and twisting their beliefs for his own gain. He has no qualms with killing those who got in his way and shows absolutely no remorse for his actions.

He is shown to be just as cruel and detached as Terumi himself, working in sync with him with almost no problems and taking just as much pleasure from the suffering of others as he did. Hazama takes every opportunity to upset others by mocking them, deliberately provoking them, or even bringing up and prodding at a sensitive topic; all for his own enjoyment. Even when he was on the losing side of a conflict, he would take the time to insult and taunt his foes.

His cruelty seems to be born as a result of the fusion with Terumi, as he only has his nice demeanor in Central Fiction.

Bio: Hazama was at the cusp of victory, along with allies, Relius clover and Saya the imperator. Otherwise known as the god of death, Izanami. He was left to oversee the progress of the summoning of the master system, before he was cut down by a combination of forcing his true form, Yuuki Terumi, into the forefront of their conciousness, and Hakumens time killer skill, which killed all of Yuuki terumis time. Or seemingly. Hazama and Terumi slowly faded out of existence within their universe, and found themselves floating within the boundary. It took them many years, but eventually they managed to free themselves. However, rather then their home universe, they found themselves thrown to the multiverse. Where they met and joined the reign of chaos.

Abilities:

A brief description:

Hazama/Yuuki Terumi is only as strong as the hatred felt for him by the person he is fighting. Someone who feels nothing but hatred for him would make him nigh unbeatable, while those who have indifference, or worse, refuse to acknowledge his existence, would find him anywhere between weak, to literally nonexistent. His entire existence is dependent on the hate felt for him. And with his time in the reign of chaos, he has had plenty of time to make plenty of enemies.

Weapons:
Geminus Anguium: Ouroboros; a steel hook crafted in the shape of a snake that he summoned in front of him, attached to a chain of green/black energy, which he could use to attack opponents from afar, or reel them in, as well as zip around the battlefield quickly, if not instantly, and close gaps between him and his foes.

Balisong-style butterfly knives

A number of drives and finishes, but I shall not be using those. Well, maybe the Astral finish. But that will only be against like, near dead people. As it can only be used against people that are literally, beaten, bloody, and broken.

As hazama, they are theoretically immortal. In that, by destroying Terumis artificial body, he shall simply escape back into the boundary in his ghostly incorporeal form. So unless one brings yuuki terumi out, hazama could theoretically be revived with a new body, and with help out of the boundary

Adria Solium

Name:Adria Solium

Appearance: Adria is a green haired girl with wolf features. She used dyes made of plants found around her home to change her hair color to green so that she would stand out in a crowd. A good trait to have in her profession. Her wolf features don't extend beyond some abilities, and wolf ears and a tail. Because of the small amount of features, she prefers to see herself as more person then wolf. Surprisingly, she doesn't dress extremely outlandishly, preferring to stay in her traveling clothes, which consist mostly of leather clothes and cloaks. On her back she carries a lute specially made to make the best use of her sound magic. Her eyes are mostly human, minus a yellow pupil.

Gender: Female

Race: Wolf person. Her race was created by a wolf genocide spell gone wrong.

Side: Neutral

Weapons(s): Besides her fists and sound magic, the only real weapon Adria has is her lute. It's mostly used defensively though. If someone gets to close she can charge it with sound magic, and if someone other then her were to touch it, they would find themselves blasted away by the sound.

Abilities/Powers:

Hearing: Adrias ears allow her above average hearing, which aids her with her music.

Speed: Adria is rather quick. Her speed is helpful when trying to get away from attackers, or when simply trying to beat the crowds to food.

Strength: Adria is rather strong as well. Her strength honed through simply trying to hold on to her lute when she channels her magic through it.

Sound magic: Adrias main form of magic. Her sound magic can be used several ways. Offensively, defensively, and for entertainment.

-entertainment: Adrias main use for her sound magic. Adria can channel her sound magic through her lute to change its sound, through the air to make her audience hear instruments she does not have, and through her voice to make her louder. She is very skilled with it in this way, and can create the sounds of multiple instruments all at one time.

-offensively: Adrias least used for of sound magic. Adria can use her sound magic to create sonic booms to disorient her enemies, and can fill the air with enough sound to create a highly pressurized zone of sound. She can also charge her lute with sound magic. Anyone who touches it while it is charged with sound magic will be blown back about 3 feet or so, at an average weight. Less so for a heavy set person, and more for a light weight person.

-defensive: Defensive is the final form of sound magic. Adria can use her sound Magic to set sound traps, disrupt some forms of magic, such as fire and water, and to set alarms that would go off should someone cross over them

Talent(s):

Singing: part of the reason Adria decided to leave her home and become a bard. Her voice is naturally good. Other then to make her voice louder, she does not need song magic for her voice.

Hunting and foraging: Adria was taught to hunt and forage before she set out on her own, and she honed her skills while traveling. While she isn't as good as a professional, she knows what she can and can't eat, and how to set a couple of traps.

Personality: Adria is a fairly nice person, but she can be a bit short tempered. As long as you are nice to her, she is nice to you. She loves it when people enjoy her music, though until she starts many write her off as any other typical bard. She loves to draw attention to herself, though this is so people are more likely to stick around to see her play. And by default so there are more people that might give her money. There isn't much she's afraid of, besides swamps. Swamps leave her paralyzed. At times she can be a bit mischievous, using her sound magic to mess with friends and people who mess with her.

Biography: Adria was born in a small cave settlement somewhere off the map. She was raised around people just like her. From an early age she was interested in performing, and would often do so for her friends and family. Her childhood was rather boring, minus an event where she once sneaked out to explore a nearby swamp, only to watch a stranger who was also exploring be dragged off by the wildlife. This left her afraid of swamps, and to this day she will try her very best to steer clear of them. When she turned 18, she left her friends and family behind to travel to the cities and villages and become the greatest bard the world had ever known
