The Illuminus

Name: The Illuminus

Scale: The Illuminus are a system wide Human Supremacist group. Because of their tactics however, they can cover a large area with a small amount of resources.

Capabilities: The Illuminus are capable of wide scale destruction through covert operations, forceful base acquisition, and biological warfare through proliferation of the SEED virus*. They have various guard machines, and control a small number of large creatures. Such as the De Ragan.(essentially a space dragon. Breathes fire, wings, reptilian, essentially no difference from an average dragon, except it's IN SPACE!!!)

On top of this, one of the sub leaders, Helga Nuemann has slight control over SEED forms, being able to organize and control them.

*the SEED virus is capable of infecting weaker minded life forms, wildlife, and machinery, to turn them into SEED forms. Intelligent organic beings, such as humans or otherwise non human but sapient creatures, can be infected through injection or surgical implants, to be transformed into a SEED form at the infectors discretion.

Goals: Use the SEED virus to subjugate or destroy all non-humans, and set humans up as the dominant force. They see all non-humans as mere tools for humans to use. Since discovery of the multiverse, their membership has grown, and they seek for humans to be the dominant force controlling the multiverse.

Abilities: 

SEED form: Helga died, and was reborn as a SEED form. She retained her memories, but she was not technically "Helga" because she is a SEED form, there are multiple copies of her. Making her effectively "immortal" as when she is killed, she will just be replaced by another SEED copy.

Being a SEED form, she has two more forms besides her human form. Her first form is what she looked like before she first died. Her second form is similar, but has six red appendages where her hair was, which she uses to attack. Her third form is that of Dulk Falkis. Which will be explained down below.

Dulk Falkis: Dulk Falkis is Helgas final form. It is extremely powerful, capable of flight, and is able to use various attacks, such as causing Explosions, summoning Ice in an area, that fades quickly, causing the same, but with rock instead of Ice, and firing a powerful beam of Dark Matter. This form is only used in an emergency, as helga cannot change back once she is in this form. This is because it is a reincarnation of the god Dark Falz, however it is weak, and can be killed by normal weapons, such as guns.

Agility: Helga uses her agility to escape from tight situations. She is capable of easily pulling off backflips, frontflips, and long jumps. Making her very hard to catch. She has this because she herself does not fight much, preferring to let her SEED form minions do the fighting for her.

Hacking and bioengineering: Helga has a degree in both computer science and Bioengineering. This got her a place in the Illuminus. She can create highly encrypted signals that are difficult to 

Equipment:

Helga doesn't carry any equipment. She is always accompanied by illuminus soldiers, and is never seen holding any weapon of any kind. Besides a plain energy pistol in Shadow of the Arkguard.

Personality:

Helga is cold and distant because of her corruption and rebirth from the SEED. Her entire motive for living is to destroy all non-humans. Her personality would be entirely destructive, were it not for the fact that she is in love with the leader of the illuminus Friedrich Luntz Howzer. She doesn't show much personality, but gets extremely upset when things don't go her way, such as when the Copy CAST based on her, vivienne, didn't obey her commands, and insisted that she, Vivienne, had obtained a "heart" even though she was even more of a machine then a normal CAST. She fully believes in the illuminus message, even though Ironically, Helga herself is not human. She is a SEED. This doesn't bother her though, and the Illuminus see it as a great Asset.

Short Bio: Helga Nuemann was inducted into the Illuminus shortly after she joined the "Endrum collective". When she joined, she faked her death. Only to die three years later because of SEED experimentation. She was reborn, and continued to work for the Illuminus, though now as their main source for SEED form and the SEED virus. The timeline breaks off here, and rather then going on to die, after becoming Dulk Falkis, the SEED hive she created went on to open a portal to the multiverse. Using this, they spread, and became a small time, though still threatening Human Supremacy group. While they don't come off as a threat, because of the very nature of the multiverse, they threaten to cause instability within the other factions through interspecies tensions.

There is indeed, I thought I had made that clear. The limit would be around CASTs, which are essentially robots. They are a step below sapient, but several steps above sentient. So, it's limit is... I'm trying to think of an example?

Ok, just going with one I know off the top of my head. The androids from my Rivard verse in rising, the SEED wouldn't be able to easily infect them.

No, technically there is no limit to how much they can infect. However, SEED outbreaks tend to happen within a limited area, and are easily contained. A small amount of people can easily keep a SEED infection from spreading. That being said, if it has remained long enough to actually infect the area, then the area needs firebombed before it becomes a "Hive" when a SEED hive is formed, it can create pure SEED forms, without need for infecting lifeforms. However that process takes several months, and it's easy to detect SEED outbreaks.  

Do note that area refers to that terrain. The SEED infection can physically change the terrain of an area, like if you were to dump toxic waste into a forest, the forest would die in a few months/years.
