Heat seeking bullets are a pretty magical thing, considering that the technology to make them doesn't exist yet.

I'm not really weakening her right now, she's just in the middle of a rewrite. So nothing but the warping and the regeneration is set in stone right now.

Before the rewrite she had
Amazing agility, easily pulling off difficult jumps and the like
A pretty decent amount of strength. She was able to punch through thin stone walls, and could use a sword to cut through metal
Fairly decent accuracy with the twin handguns she used (well, I say that. In actuality she used seeker bullets, which would lock on to heat signatures, giving the illusion of accuracy. On a target or cold blooded person, she's about as accurate as you would expect from holding two handguns)
Her regeneration was stronger, small injuries and small caliber bullets doing next to nothing, serious injuries regenerating in a couple of hours, and fatal injuries requiring medical attention, but she was still able to regenerate from them with the medical attention
She also had a higher gravity resistance, which is why she was as physically strong as she was.
On top of that she had a pair of handguns that fired seeker bullets, a plain steel sword, and yandere-ness.

As for abilities, warping and a weak regeneration factor. Not so much as it would keep her alive, but like, surface scratches would be regenerated. Theoretically a larger wound could regenerate, but but it would probably kill her before it could.
Before I started rewriting her though, she was far more powerful.
