John heard the crash, the gunfire, and the moving of storage racks and glass. "Betty! Betty is that you?" Then Betty appeared from the clutter. John heard many loud screeches from the hall next to him. He pounded on th door, "God damnit! Open up!" To late. The Hybrids came after him, one after another, then went right by him, seeming to go towards the noise of the loud roar.
