Momiji was born to an affluent family. Thus, monetary issues were never a problem for her. Despite coming from a well to do family, her life with her family is very difficult because of various problems. Her parents are divorced and her father has chosen his new wife over Momiji "abrasive attitude for a girl", forcing her to move out and live in an apartment by herself. Her mother had also remarried and considered her an outcast within her new family.
Thus, Momiji never truly had a figure to look up to during her childhood. Alone, she chose not to open up to many, leaving her feeling as if she was simply continuing existing rather than truly "living". She chose only to rely on herself, untrusting of most others in relying on their assistance.
Momiji is someone who always valued strength. The strength to protect oneself, and the things one might consider important it above all other qualms within life. Despite her pursuit of great power, Momiji is also someone who believes that ones who have power must protect as many as they can possibly protect. Such is the ways of those in power; ones with ability to should never neglect another, as doing so would be a misuse of their abilities.
Momiji tends to comes off as a fairly friendly, though rowdy individual. Because of her philosophy on strength, she often helps those less fortunate than himself, even though she may make a few ill-mannered statements and the like, though not to the point of harassment and more or less akin to jokes and the like. Though rather friendly, Momiji is not often aware of the impact of her words on others, and can often get into fights against others due to these sorts of statements. One should expect blunt statements from her. She isn't one to sugar coat things and often comes off badly because of this. She possesses a fairly upstanding code of moral conduct on the outside, probably being best described as a "threshold deontologist," and when her deems a certain act to outweigh any others in terms of an eventual moral consideration, will devote herself entirely to that route. This further ties into her usual bluntness as when her is acting towards such a goal, she will rarely try to skirt around the issue when it is brought up.
There is not much that Momiji will take seriously, though one of these "triggers" she seems to have is the dislike of anything relating to her stature from other individuals, due to the fact she is much shorter than most others in her age group.
Unfortunately her proud nature and her hatred of being looked down upon by others, this often gets in the way of her making friends. But when her trust is earned, she is a genuinely kind girl who likes to take care of those she likes.
SHIROU: A set of four oscillating blades connected to an magnetic core, using their consistent vibrations in order to pacify any aggression. Through use of consistent and high frequency pulsations, the weapon is able to increase it's cutting power passed what should be possible for a normal blade to lethality. Due to the nature of its design, it is impossible for someone to effectively utilize the weapon with their hands, however, alternative measures of operation exist varying on personal abilities. The nature of the weapon allows for each blade to detach and reattach itself from the main magnetic core at will, giving viability to varied modus operandi.
Electro-Magnetism: Progenitor's body is a unique avatar consisting of a series of segments held together by powerful electromagnetic forces which could separate considerable distances while still remaining "part of the whole" or core. Furthermore, one is able to utilize magnetism against surrounding scrap or precharged equipment , and other metals to control without directly touching it.
Name: Giorno Giovanna Age: 15 Species: Human Gender: Male Personality: Giorno began as an unhappy and lonely child until he befriended a gangster. Since then, he has become a more confident person. His clever mind helps him and the rest of Buccellati's gang get out of tough situations, as well as helping him win the support of its most stubborn members. Giorno is a very conceptual planner, and is very strategic and analytical. While he may seem to be a troublemaker at times, he has a good heart and wants to help out anybody who has shown him kindness. Of course, he has no trouble punishing those that needlessly and intentionally hurt other people. For the most part, however, Giorno tends to approach things with a calm demeanor and immense composure. He rarely allows his anger to get the best of him, but shows moments of rage against certain enemies. One could compare him to a "good-hearted Dio".
Abilities: Gold Experience Requiem: Giorno's stand. Nullification of Cause and Effect: Gold Experience Requiem's ability is to turn anything, including its opponent's attack and willpower, back to the state of "zero". Hence, it is virtually invincible, as all "supposed" actions created by an opponent would have been reset. It is mentioned by Giorno himself that he is unsure of the exact workings and limits of Requiem's powers, but it has been shown that its range of influence extends from finger beams, surface contact, and to even being in the mere attention of Requiem.
Requiem's abilities are seen by some fans to be the opposite of King Crimson's: King Crimson erases the "cause" and keeps the "effect", while Requiem keeps the "cause" but erases the "effect", causing endless scenarios where actions and initiatives are started, but the effects of such does not occur. This ability renders Giorno essentially and literally untouchable by anything that would try to hurt or kill him and is perhaps the absolute strongest defense in existence.
Life Giver: Despite its transformation, Gold Experience Requiem appears to have retained its life-giving abilities after evolving. Gold Experience is capable of changing or converting inorganic objects into living organisms. A pen can be turned into a snake, a bullet into a beetle and so on. Giorno frequently produces small life forms and plants which he apparently has control over. When any of these are attacked indiscriminately, the creation will not be harmed at all, and instead, the attacker receives the amount of pain they would have inflicted, which can kill them.
These "thugs" and "pirates" were nothing to what Oriana would accept as what could truly be considered an "individual". If there exists a finite line between what is understood as "animate" and "inanimate"; a measure of something one would consider to "coexist within another's realm", then these pirates could be considered something that was "inanimate".
Killing them was merely an act of "playing with ones toys". Of course, sometimes toys break, but as long as the user of said toys was "entertained', their purpose was fulfilled. After all, tools exist to "be used", and it was well within Oriana's right to "act upon" them. She was stronger than these people, and the strong has the right to pray upon the weak in the way they see fit.
Kill or be killed.
Either way, it appeared that it was time for Oriana to join the frey completely. She was able to fend off a single individual, "pacifying" them. At least, if this individual was not able to provide use to Rome as a living, they could find their peace in death. If anything, one could consider this a mercy killing of sorts. Those without purpose in the world should not exist and should simply be acted upon by those who have the ability to do so. Strength is the only means of this world, after all.
She would need to place this authority upon these thugs. Placing herself towards the enemy ship currently containing the raptor of sorts, she began.
"I don't think I was completely satisfied with your friend, I think I should let you join him. It is only fair~."
It appeared it was time for Ori to let it rip.
... ... ...
Never again.
Therein exists shadows within most all facets of existence. Simply put, the shadows Oriana held prominence over were a "lack of light". Thus, this "darkness" always existed so long as light existed. It was systematic in a way. Utilization of shadows to defend against attacks for her allies to gain an advantage and utilizing the properties of the shadows to simply cut through sinew and bone with ease. She would "push the line" towards the raptor, pressuring the battlefield until moral was lost and they were forced to surrender.
Of course, it appeared that she was one of the very few "useful individuals" in regards to this entire section of battle. Though one does not truly need raw power in order to fulfill a purpose; strength exists in other such skills as leadership and knowledge as well as raw strength. Thus, those who can lead are able to lead this power to greatness. However, those who serve no purpose were not useful and thus could be considered "irrelevant".
But Oriana definitely was not irrelevant. Desperately she wanted to prove herself loyal. To show others she could be useful. She was being useful, right Octavian?
"Ohh~. I never saw so many people who wanted to play with me before~."
It had appeared there existed challengers to the current mission. Even if they did know not their status as "individuals who wished to preform a task for the 'true' leader of Rome", they still existed as obstacles. As such, they "played" the role of the "enemies" in this game. Although one might say that children were innocent, therein existed cruelty within the heart of man at base; a state which only reduces it's existence then after though the morals of "society".
However, cruelty is not "evil" at base. At least, Oriana's cruelty does not stand from such notions of "good and evil". Instead, she merely does not understand the distinction between her actions as "bad" and "good". A childish innocence. That does not mean that a childish innocence cannot harm others.
"What should I do~. I wanted everyone to play with toys, but I guess these people brought their own toys~? I think that can work. You are all having so much fun together~. Maybe I should join, too?"
There existed no form of malice within Oriana right now. Perhaps there existed a bit of anger against those who would stop her from playing with other girls around her age, but not true malice. After all, it wasn't as if she understood what such emotions meant in the first place, nor could truly inform someone of her current feelings toward those who had joined on ship to "play" with her little troop. They were merely being really rude, and as such, she could not allow their transgressions to take shape any longer.
Cruelty without reason other than "play".
One of the boarded individuals from the other ship had attempted to attack Oriana, his axe meant to bisect his opponent.
Casting upon the deck was Oriana's own shadow as it just then appeared to twist and move based on her words, becoming a weapon of sorts which Oriana had ability over.
The first to go was his arm; what had been holding the weapon to begin with. With the precision of a surgeon, she had "removed" completely through the bone in a single swoop of this "shadow entity" what was once his arms from his body.
The legs were next. Of course, one could say he had already been pacified, so removing his ability to utilize his legs was a pointless act, but one that Oriana seemed to take a bit of pleasure within. Then came the eyes, his shrieks of pain and terror seemed to fill the ears of those around her. This was then followed after a short while by his eventual execution through bisection as he had once tried to do to her.
