Krypton and Xenon are more of a blue shade when exited tho.

Yee. I know. That is just the derived name or whatever of the color. But yeah I see no reason you could not use that color. For my blue character I used the term Prussian as in Prussian blue, despite Prussia being both a region and the predecessor to the German Empire. But Prussian Blue as a title seems lame. So I just used Prussian.
