Personality : Being a Rat, Cesela is quite a lovely young lady, well-versed in mannerisms and formalities. However her flaw is quite easy to spot. Despite being quick-witted and able to deal with almost anything, she is quite narrow-minded, having one view on the world and refusing to accept otherwise. She has quite good observation skills, noticing and not hesitating to call people out on the slightest flaw. She has been known to be quite curious, and although she is good at adapting to different situations, often she finds herself regretting taking curiousity in certain things.
Cesela has a strong intuition, understanding things without needing to think about them quite often. She has a knack for things practical that involve her hands, and has even recieved compliments on how dextrous she seems. Quite often, she is kind to people she meets. Although, she can be inpolite, both with and without meaning to. She doesn't have too much courage, and isn't much of a daredevil. She finds public speaking to be horrifying. Along with that, she lacks in leadership skills, being unable to give out commands or orders to people under her in any sort of situation.
Appearance : Cesela is quite well-known for her looks, having long, onyx locks of hair that wave slightly towards the ends, as well as her bright blue eyes that contrast nicely. Her skin is rather pale, freakishly so. She has quite large hands, but thin fingers. Her figure itself is nothing to awe at, she doesn't have curves or anything of the sort, and she usually wears slightly baggier clothing to cover up that fact. She's quite short for her age, standing at around 5'5", and hates being teased about that fact.
On the topic of clothing, Cesela is usually seen donning a school uniform-esque outfit. A white button-up shirt with a red bow at the top, with plaid armcuffs that match her miniskirt. If asked, she will say it's because "It looks smarter than what common slobs wear," and although she won't admit it, it reminds her of her old school and old friends. During outings and days off, she will often tie up her hair and wear simpler clothing, opting for jeans and a pajama shirt, even if she's going outdoors.
