I decided to revamp the character. I felt that they were a bit one-dimensional so I tried to give some more flavor and depth to them. I also changed the last name as Crimmy was right in that it was inspired by the Hohenstaufen's. I decided to use Von Tronje as that is the family name of the Lord who apparently patronized the Nibelungen saga and I felt that was a good connection to German mythology. I also decided to make him not prejudiced since I couldn't use the excuse of him being the child of a Grindelwald supporter since that had happened too far back.

Apparently, at least in the opinion of his mother's friends... He's an attractive young man.

Personality:
Alexander strives for perfection, hoping to prove himself to his parents by doing so as a result of his lonely childhood. As the only child and heir to a rather prestigious family Alexander has been groomed since young for the day he would take over the family’s businesses. 

Because he is an only child Alexander strives to have many friends and often he’ll follow the crowd just to achieve this. Alexander for the most part is like any other teenager and he always finds the time to have a laugh and while most who don't know him well would call him a polite but closed-off individual, to his friends and his class mates he's rather loud, outgoing and mischievous. All of this is the symptom of his lonely childhood and his desire ever since then to make and keep friends.

He also has an issue with being left alone, rooted in his mother and father’s treatment of him when younger. Often he will seek out others company to dispel the anxiety that arises when he finds himself alone. Yet, sometimes Alexander finds the constant company too much and he shall retreat to find a quiet place for himself in the dorms or the library.

For Alexander there’s nothing more precious than magic and he loves to spend time learning new magic though he finds it frustrating when he can’t figure out how to cast it. 

Because Alexander’s mother is a well-known leading lady of American Magical society in their region. Alexander has often been dragged to various meetings and balls. While he finds them to be rather boring as they consist mainly of late-forties women gossiping, it has led to him having a strong appreciation and understanding for fashion and he enjoys dressing up whenever he can.

Unfortunately for Alexander he has an anger issue, this is the result of the time he spent mostly on his own when younger and the way that his parents expected him to remain silent and only speak when told too. Alexander as a result never learnt to express his emotions and often when confronted or hurt he’ll just bury the feelings and pretend to be fine. However, this is unhealthy and Alexander’s decision to respond in such a manner means that when he finally does express himself fully it is often a confused whirlwind of emotion. 

Alexi’s a teenager and for those who are his friends he's a very boisterous, mischievous and a bit too touchy feely guy who enjoys company and will gladly lend an ear to listen to their troubles.

Biography:
Alexander or Alexi [A-Lex-ee], is the heir to the Von Tronje’s, an ancient German house from Saxony. His family made their way to America in the aftermath of the dark reign of Grindelwald as they decided to rebuild away from Europe as the fighting had decimated them. Alexi’s great-grandfather had been an outspoken critic of Grindelwald throughout his reign of terror and alongside his sons had fought with the resistance during it. At the end of the war only one of his sons, the eldest had survived as well as himself. They moved to Pennsylvania and began a successful international magical delivery service.

Alexi’s father is a career businessman who is often away from home as he grows the business, leaving Alexi to his mother. Appolina, Alexi's mother loves him, however she is a true socialite and while she finds the time to spend with him often she’s away at various functions and get-togethers with her friends. This means that for much of Alexi’s childhood he was left on his own with the tutors and nurses to care for him. Yet this doesn’t mean his love for them is diminished, Alexi loves his mum and she undoubtedly loves him, in fact his most prized possession is the little charms necklace she bought him that is meant to give him good luck (it's an area of effect happiness charm). His mother's penchant to leave him alone has meant he cherishes any time spent with her and any praise she gives him. And as for his father, Alexi worships him. Working hard to prove himself for his father.

Alexi’s father and mother were no slouches in school and he is determined to follow their footsteps. Since very young he's often spent his time in the family library and since gaining his wand he also enjoys casting spells and learning how to make spells. He also enjoys flying since he's discovered he's very good at flying and even played as a chaser for two years before dropping out for his studies. 

His family are rather conservative and support Abbing, Alexi also supports Abbing’s views and detests the TWK movement as well as the way that many magical creatures are using force to promote their agenda. He’s a firm believer that the right way is to go through the people and plans to do something about this when he has a chance.

“Hester! What a beautiful name for a beautiful lady!” Henrik exclaimed, taking to her shyness with ease. “This is my sister, Helena. Don’t mind her quietness; she’s a bitch, really.”

Helena glared at Henrik, but otherwise said nothing. In truth, she was more than pissed off now. Henrik got to feed and she didn’t? But she kept her composure, just like she was taught to. Perhaps if she wasn’t so hungry, she would have been able to deal with striking out before she had even begun, but she couldn’t think past the hollow in her stomach and the throbbing in her throat. She was hungry. And then, as if to cheer her up, the Gods sent a freaking chicken!

The chicken swooped down and attacked the other girl, bringing her down to the ground. Helena allowed her lips to quirk upwards, not bothering to move a muscle to help the girl – Hester, was it? – while Henrik swooped downwards, grabbing the chicken with both hands. He openly glared at Helena before depositing the chicken into her hands as he gave his hand to Hester to let her up. Helena rubbed the head of the chicken, silently thanking the Gods for a little bit of entertainment to her otherwise dull and boring day. Another smug quirk of her lips and Helena dropped the chicken to the ground, letting it move towards her piglet, Alf.

“Ignore my sister.” Henrik muttered, seeing Helena’s amusement on her otherwise stoic face. “I’ll make sure the chicken doesn’t bother you.”
