It's happening again. I have been visited by a soviet mad scientist, a king, a penguin prince of darkness, a house plant god thing, a mystical ancient member, a tired reaper (thank god) + a greeting.

Welcome :)
Nartholan was able to tell who the primary threats would be from the encounter now. He had to admit, with one of them being capable of magic, there could be a little trouble.

Remembering their faces, he welcomed (Erik)'s arrival and walked along the side of the now rather empty festival, preparing to move to a more... discreet location. No doubt his master was beginning to execute the plan.

Dracuil gazed at the events of the festival. One face stood out.

"Linia... feisty as always... and doomed the same way..."

He turned his attention to political affairs in the world. Relations between the powers "USA" and "Russia" in particular were a little strained. He decided to up the stakes and bend a few more holes between dimensions, allowing small crews of demons and veterans of the Battlefields alike to come into portions of the world to cause a little chaos while corrupting the minds of various officials to take a few less than diplomatic actions.

The results were evident soon enough on news channels broadcasting a deepening split between national relations and once again the speech of a second Cold War. If Dracuil had his way, there would be much, much more than that...
Artholath frowned. Haste could prove... ill. He saw some of the heros in the forest, and they were hardly too weak. Of course, he had no doubt these new demons would be more than capable... but still.

He kept to the back of the small group, mindful of the rising noise of chaos. It had once been the very definition of excitement; but now, he could feel almost the sense of impending doom. Something bad would happen...
I'm smelling a potential horde coming with the gunfire that's coming on...
Personally, I just don't understand what's going on well enough to trust myself to make a recap of it.
Hey, the more you throw into it, the less god awful horrors our almighty GM will see fit to throw at us :P

Right now, I am waiting for a few other people to interact before making my own post.
Part of the problem I had while thinking of this which I need to work out. However, of the two other concepts I have that would fit the scale of this roleplay, one isn't really unique enough (and I borrowed too many of its elements for use in other roleplays) and the other I want to preserve to make as a lore base. So, i will have to see what I can do with it. I might drop it if I end up having it not make sense.

I was thinking that intereaction would come from the top leadership structure; the one (made up just now) a little higher than Queens.
Name changes have one critical flaw that would need to be handled, even then there might be a little confusion.

Folks can change them into things completely different, which can help disguise someone who's flat out trying to not be good in roleplays and use this means to further expand their "works", and then you have onesthat like to change their names constatnly - making identification an obnoxious process as you try to reference somebody who changed their name two hours ago.
Welcome :)
Nah, you could always join the cop in beating the hell out of zombies. :P
