It's happening again. I have been visited by a soviet mad scientist, a king, a penguin prince of darkness, a house plant god thing, a mystical ancient member, a tired reaper (thank god) + a greeting.

Damn hunters.

Those were his last rational thoughts as the door was kicked in by the very same initial opponent he had faced outside. Uttering a deep demonic roar, still covered in hellfire and swinging his sword outwards, he rose from his crouched position and attempted to charge into anyone that was in the immediate vicinity, particularly Edict and whomever was around him, attempting to use his body mass to smash into his foes.

As Artholath started moving more quickly to the final corner, he noticed the smell was getting... stronger.

Shifting into his true demonic form mid-walk he looked around the last corner, icicle on his newly shifted, long demonic fingertip. Out of the corner of his eye he detected the source of the smell at last.

Turning towards the dwarf, rising his six side appendages with spikes forming on them and his two main arms gathering balls of blue, he glared at the one who had followed him with dark blue eyes. The temperature of the area seemed to go down, even as flames were still rising in odd places.

What he missed was a guard who had seen him while he was shifting, a guard with a bow who had absolutely no combat experience. Spotting the demon, he prepared an arrow while quickly muttering a prayer.
Many GM's would like folks such as yourself adding to lore :)
My code says I missed a semicolon.

At least yours tells you what you missed. :P
Welcome :)
I haven't really posted many details of it, so it's partially my fault, but the essence of the demons completely relies upon a connection outside of the mortal realm of extremely foreign energies. Hence the demons are entirely unnatural.

I could post more on that later, considering I have thought it relatively through. Some parts would have to be discovered in-character.
You could make it a spinoff of the weave and give her powers some use :P

They could probably be effective against non-demons otherwise.
If it did, the effect is greatly reduced on demons. Demons wade in magic of the sort, so a little used against them without any serious training in the main line would more likely be something that demons laugh at.
Formatting broke -_- I'll just blame it on the ship's outdated network.
The Phoenix
>>>Gyserian Sector
>>>Captain's Office

Captain Rolgnar sat back in his newly installed recliner seat, one of many additions the Alliance had put on the ship. He had to admit, it was a good seat, if nothing else. He rocked in it for a few seconds before a message came up.

"Oh, wonderful. What's the bad news." he muttered as he leaned forward to check.

"Training exercise? Bah." He thought officer training had ended twenty years ago...

Realizing that it was, in fact, time to get moving, he sent orders to his key crew members.

>>>Primary Bridge

"Captain on the bridge!"

All men stood at attention as Rolgnar strode down the long bridge, glancing at side screens before sitting in the captain seat.

"Inspection went well?"

Cassian turned around and looked at the captain. "Well enough, sir, but rather short."

Rolgnar chuckled. "This is an experienced crew, do we really need a long inspection? Tell Tyman down there to get that drive moving, we don't have all day."

Cassian nodded and turned back around.

Rolgnar sent a message to his tech team. "The formatting broke again. Fix the damn thing!"

He then saw something out of the corner of his eye.

"Pantos!"

The railgun operator almost jumped as he heard his name yelled at.

"What is that damn thing on your screen?"

Pantos looked at the captain meekly after quickly closing it. "It's pacman... the oldest game in-"

"Stop playing that crap and look at the damn mainview! We're about to move! Pacman..." Rolgnar shook his head.
