A simple thing to say, and simple to do for many, but I invest more than 5 minutes into the base concepts of what makes a character his/her/it's own individual. It would be easy to pull one of my many preexisting concepts, yet if they do not fit the context, they feel wrong to play, and as such I'd end up bowing out and being a contributor to the roleplay's death.

It's one of those shitty personal things.

At any rate, it seems the time has passed.

To do that, you'd need to sort through the recesses of my mind to find an applicable character that I think would properly fit the context. I haven't found such a character, and it isn't from lack of quantity.

Superhero like roleplays are similar to sci-fi rolepplays in that it takes very specific circumstances to get my interest. This roleplay caught me at the earliest stage of that interest, but it's not progressing, and I cannot be considered in until I have a suitable character.

Small group?

I'm a bit picky in roleplays I invest in, and it takes a while to know my interest has caught on. I'll watch for now and see where this goes.
