All right.
So if no one here's know this week is E3 week and well they announced some Second Son DLC, but during an interview about the DLC I learned something interesting that explains how Augustine kept control of the conduits in Curdon Cay. Basically the way to incapacitate a conduit is..... wait for it..... (drum roll)..... Bind their hands, all conduit abilities are somehow connected through the use of their hands, which is easy to see with how all the character powers we've seen, powers do originate within the arms and hands so finding a means to bind them and unable to use their powers makes a conduit unable to access said powers. Just thought I'd share that because I might throw that into the RP.

Anpu followed his new master, along with the other new initiates of the guild. Anpu wasn't sure what to think of Dakarai, the man didn't seem to thrilled to be leading them at all but despite Dakarai's cold emotions toward them Anpu had to respect him and that was what he would do. His life was now this guild, that was all he had. He joined the guild to avenge his family that was betrayed by a close ally, someone aligned with the Pharaoh, though he had no name and not sure who. The betrayal had left his family's name in disgrace and he had to bring honor to it again.
When the had reached the bazaar, Anpu listened to their master on the details they would need to watch for when hunting down there target. It would not be an easy task. It was crowded with people, buying and selling goods of all kinds. Someone suggested to split up which sounded like a good idea. The more ground covered would make finding their target much easier.
"Indeed splitting up would be best," he finally spoke up ",I shall aid from the rooftops above." He added watching someone else begin the climb up to the top of the roofs. Anpu took another roof and scrambled up with relative ease, and quietly moved from the tops of the roofs, avoiding the few guards that would be up there as well, looking for thieves that would try stealing from the bazaar.

Before Scorn could give a proper reply to Sebastian some new conduit appeared. She gave a slight sound of agitation. Yes she wanted more conduits for her cause, she needed competent people to help her, unlike the two low lives who had just been reported to of been caught, however she preferred one on one meetings. It made things simple and quick, she had many plans to put forward and little time to do so. Plus Sebastian was like a tightrope still, one slip and she would loose a unique conduit who had her curiosity peaked to see what else he could under her wing.
Despite the interruption though she kept a cool head and looked at the conduit that now stood in front of her while Sebastian was next to her."Hello as well I guess though perhaps a knock would be preferred before interrupting a conversation," she said now having a better chance to observe the new conduit. He didn't seem much older then Sebastian, perhaps a year or two but still quite young.
Hmmm, perhaps another prodigy that I can mold and use for my benefits, Scorn thought to herself.
"Really you have to resort to begging?" Keira said as she saw the lightning letters between his hands. Her mouth though formed a twitching smile on the edges of her lips, and it was all just joking. She knew Eli wasn't innocent, how can someone who gets into so much trouble be innocent at all but she had nothing better to do and going to the bar with someone would be better then heading there alone. Plus Eli wasn't always bad to be around when it didn't involve the need to fix glass windows.
"Oh fine since you have resorted to groveling," she joked ",My shift ends at three in case you wanted to do anything before then. Remember you are buying first rounds." She finished before heading off to take a few other orders as well as get Eli's his. She noticed that the man who had disappeared earlier before the lovely message on the building across the street had appeared, was back again though it was probably nothing more then coincidence since she didn't bother to check, being in a rush and all though she reminded herself to keep an eye on him, for her sake as well as his. She wasn't sure how much the guy knew about Scorn if he was the one who wrote the message but she knew that when Scorn found out who did it, he would have a target on his back.

With the black tar it can act a mind control agent to control her Reapers who were non conduits who were easier to control and conduits who could resist but not be immune to the control. And there was also here telepathy ability that she used to talk to Cole at some points in the game. And with the tar, she could create hallucinations to those infected by the tar and the body actually reacts to it as if it was real.I'm only mentioning this because I played and fell in love with the first game and just wanted to say that there conduits with such abilities, but if they are still around I don't know, just wanted to state a fact that such a power was a thing in the Infamous universe.
Yes I understand Sasha's abilities but it still requires the use of the black tar, an outside substance rather then just poking around someone's head at will that a power like Brain Manipulation is. Still I think I wouldn't allow any form of brain manipulation powers, be it like Sasha's or is just flat out brain manipulation. To me it's just always to OP for my taste.
Now a message for all. Don't worry, we shall live the cafe soon, just wanted to give warning since that was partially the reason the last Infamous RP died, we spent a bit to long in one place when things should move a bit quicker. Now as for everyone at the cafe, forgive me if I did not include you in my recent post, I'm not trying to say you are unimportant, just that I couldn't figure out how to fit you but if you want you may grab Keira's attention in any means see fit, just as long as it doesn't involve godmodding her.
Now as for Scorn well, we shall see if she decides to rip the new guys head off or not and her plans for the two failure rejects that Maxi plastered on the side of a building. Oh it shall not be pleasant at all.

Majority I would say. Scorn, the Kid, and Pheonix's character are not though and I think majority of everyone has posted at least once, I'll have to check though.

Brain manipulation I think I can't really allow sorry, I would like all powers to stick mostly with outward abilities of the person rather then have internal abilities so to my knowledge, there are no power that revolves around manipulating people internally in the InFamous Universe. Plus it is a touchy and OP power and hard to really make it not OP even when you try to make it to be as weak as you possibly can.

All right, if that's how those powers work then I'll accept them since now they don't seem so OP. Also Expolar, your character is accepted. Oh sorry Pheonix, sorry I'm new to the whole running RPs, I assumed you just knew you were. Yes you are accepted.
