Sorry I didn't get a post up yesterday, the site was down for me so I could post anything.
Sorry for the wait, just was catching up on some school work on the weekend but I'll be working on a post today. Noire, your character is accepted of course. Twisted also your new character is also accepted.
It could be if you don't make it to OP, though I question how you would recharge yourself, do you like steal sound from the environment making it silent for the brief time you are recharging?
You still have a spare space in the roleplay? I'd love to join.
Of course you can Noire, good to see you again.
Sure thing though only thing I would change probably would be Scorn's real name. Scorn's real name is hardly known by anyone. Only the officials of Curdon Cay knew before they were all released and Keira only knows threw her snooping and digging around to uncover information on her half sister. Other then that sure, besides it would be foolish to try and take Scorn on out in the open, just because she's on her own doesn't necessarily mean she is alone.
So talking about movies earlier what about that Jurassic World trailer from the Super Bowl. All the rumors swirling for that have got me somewhat excited for it, hopefully better then the third one.
Sooooo what up?
All right the fight is over and the Syndicate have made a move. Now where will everyone go, and who shall join who?
Scorn By now the rogue conduit was getting peppered on all sides, the few remaining CTU agents around with a few conduit by standers tagged along to help in the matter. It spoiled some of Scorn's fun, she wanted to play still but in the end she figured all fun things must come to an end and she still had a rather busy day to continue on with so she put her own abilities to the test at breaking the rogue's defenses. Eventually they did break and in one last ditch effort the rogue tried to send a blast wave of sand in all directions. Sand burst forth every which way, blinding most but out of the corner of Scorn's eye she noticed the rogue get flung back only a block away, hitting the side of a building and falling into an alley. She quickly dropped to the ground and half ran, half skipped to the wounded prey perhaps to get a few more hits in but even by the time she reached the alley their was a crowd. Even the CTU agents that made it over before her stood back making her curious. They were all staring awestruck at what was happening. Scorn pushed her way through the crowd. She could hear what sounded like sobs at the end of the alley? Why were they just standing there? Why weren't CTU agents trying to capture the rogue who had just made a mess to her city? She arrived at the front, and what she saw was awful. At the end of the alley, the rogue conduit was on his knees. He wore an old hoodie and tattered jeans. His hands were on his lap and he was staring straight into the sky, his mouth hanging open. His eyes had rolled into the back of his sockets. A man was holding his scalp. He wore the traditional garb of a Syndicate – the trademark mechanical mask and the clean suit. He wore the same gloves seen in the video about a year ago. He held the rogue’s scalp tightly, and a blue neon energy was seeping from any available orifice from the rogue right into his glove. Scorn slowly raised her hand, but she was too late. The man let go of the rogue’s scalp and the conduit dropped to the ground, unconscious. One conduit by her raised a hand and let loose a swirling blast of shrapnel. The Syndicate member raised his glove, who’s neon lines now glowed a dark, shadowy grey. His arm morphed into a swirling tornado, and simply absorbed the shrapnel. The tornado disappeared just as quickly as it turned. The Syndicate member flexed his metal gauntlet, forming a claw in his hand, staring down at it. He slowly rose his mask to face the crowd. “The Syndicate sends it’s regards.” He said. And with that, the man turned around and walked off, suit fluttering behind him. As he melded into the shadows of the alley, most of the conduits launched their attacks. Paint, rubber, smog. All of the attacks hit a brick wall at the end. It was as if the man had simply disappeared. The crowd just stared at the alley for a long while, the unconscious rogue norm lying on the ground, while Scorn had made an attempt to run forward and catch the accursed Syndicate member with no success. "Damn it!" Scorn finally said in agitation and quickly disappeared into the shadows before the CTU agents could regain any form of thinking to notice that they had the leader of the Reaper's amongst them. She for a brief moment stood beside Order seemingly forgetting that a Syndicate member had just been there. "If you still wish to meet and have a discussion meet me.... oh let's say atop City Hall, seems to be a reasonable place to hash out some form of agreement if we come to one. Ta-ta Order and do learn to have a little fun it wouldn't kill you." Scorn let out a slight laugh and once more disappeared, getting away from the crowd of Conduits before seeking out Cruor "Now Cruor, know any other lovely conduits we could invite to our little gang to deal with the Syndicate menace we just saw," she asked upon finding him.
All right I'll get a post up later which will end the fight so get your licks in now on Sandy while you can.
