He can control his bones at will, so which do you think it is? :P Oh, and also, since his bones regenerate near-instantly, he may or may not use his own spine as a whip at one point. And there are a couple openings. After all, even bone that is controlled at will isn't THAT flexible.

Of course, when it was time for James's physical, he actually laughed at them when the needle simply broke after it barely got past the skin. "I have a second layer of bone just under my skin that acts as an internal armor, and my bones are harder than steel. Good luck with sticking me with a needle." He smirked.

James grinned wideely. "I agree with that guy. The only reason I'm not struggling now is because I now I wouldn't make it very far out that door. I could easily break these straps and run, but I won't, both because I know you probably have some way of stopping me, even if it is only temporary, and because I know you'll just treat the others worse if I do."

James merely smirked as he was strapped down to the table, finally speaking up. "Less than human, eh?" He looked over at them. "You're wrong, idiots. We're more than human." His smirk widened. "Unlike you assholes who think it's a good idea to put us on leashes and try to get us killed."
