Doesn't 450% = x4.5? But k. I'll toss up my CS as soon as I get a theme.
Shukuchi (Passive): increases max movement speed by 50% x current level.

Just to confirm, Lucius/Scarifar, but this means that Level 9 Shukuchi gives Static Flash 450% movement speed, right?
So....Level 3 at 13 years of age implies that you spent 40+ hours a day with the Green Team?
@Lucius Cypher
One arm per level, culminating into nine arms at level nine. How much real life physics is involved in Deep Ground though? I was originally going with the idea that Soloist would have a lower base speed than others, but that was pretty much it. She doesn't suffer any issues with balance or whatnot, because it's pretty much just her arms.

Why isn't attacking ten times within half a minute possible if you didn't have an ability? That's one attack every three seconds, which is pretty easy to do, if you just want to batter someone after they're down and not care that much about accuracy or damage.

And in regards to the no true damage thing, is this because it's the second Avatar Ability (e.g I can eventually get true damage in higher levels), or is it because true damage doesn't exist at all in Deep Ground?
Alright, let me just run my Avatar idea through here before I get started with tapping away.

First ability grants an extra mechanical arm thing per level. At level 2 (her starting level), she'd have two of these arms. Due to this ability, she can not equip any sort of weapon or shield.

Second ability is for any of those arms (or all of those arms) to turn into piledrivers, capable of doing either true damage, knockback, or armor-breaking. Still deciding on which one. Each singular attack is fast and powerful, but has a long cooldown time.

The underlying idea is that each new ability will grant the arms another method of attack (such as cannons to rocket punches to swords to whatever), though every attack is going to have a long cooldown. As she gets more and more arms, that cooldown is effectively lowered, as she has more arms to attack with, and thus, can alternate between them at shorter intervals.

I want to say that she'd be classified as a Rogue, due to eventually having both melee and ranged attacks, in the form of different arm-modes, but Rogue classes doesn't have a 'mixed' archetype...
Just to confirm...but the whole 'defeating Corpse Collector' thing in Arms Slave's CS is another result of copy-pasta, right?
I'm operating under the assumption that, technically, you don't need to put EXP into levels at all, and that Outlaws would probably be dying often anyways, due to their Outlaw-y nature. Still thinking about it though.

Can't you make up for your lack of abilities and feats with good equipment and skills? Sorta like Char with a Zaku? So all things considered, your overall fighting ability wouldn't be THAT hampered. You'd be super effective against high level players, while with low level players you would overpower simply with the quality of your equipment.
Oh, so is it possible to 'debuff' people without actually having a debuff ability? Such as stab them in the eyes and blind them, or strike them in the chin and disorientate them?

While I'm at it...Seeing how this is pretty much a game, would an Avatar with abilities centered around being an underdog (does more damage against opponents higher level than them) be allowed? Or would it sorta break the whole point of levelling up?
A question: While I understand that higher levels = moar abilities/feats, does that increase your base stats at all? Or are your base stats solely dependent on your equipment?
Copy and paste too real. XD
