Waowzers, such super speed. Might consider joining to fill up some free time.

Question 1: So familiars must start the RP with a Master? Or can you settle it ICly?

Question 2: Is magic the penultimate power? Or have there been natural abilities from monsters that can rival it?

Question 3: Seeing how time/space manipulation is a thing, would a form of reality-warping also be a thing?
@KoL
Hm, so in this case, it's less about actually affecting reality, and more about making people believe that reality has changed? Would knowing the effects of her powers then diminish its potency? Sorta like how, if you know someone is a liar, you're not going to trust their words easily? Or does her power override an individual's common sense and previous knowledge as well?
@KoL
If the fly would be open even if sweatpants don't have flies, I'll edit it. Not sure how far her reality-warping works.
Well, that was quite a warm greeting.

Removing a white handkerchief from the rightside pocket of his dark overcoat, the immortal casually wiped a few bloodstains from his silver fist. The souls of lesser Youkai orbited around Airgetlam, and while it was rather tempting to crush those grunts’ souls and get on with it, unfortunately, Rui-Ling held the belief that all immortals, being witnesses to the progress of mortal lives, should not take it so easily. So, instead, he simply smiled at Suzumebachi as the head honcho stepped up, ending the fight. Slowly, the souls drifted back to their bodies, released as Rui-Ling unclenched his fist. “Sup, bug. Still rocking that antennae hair of yours, huh? Not even anime have those anymore.”

When the two of them reached the entrance to the seaside freeway, however, Rui-Ling couldn’t help but let out a low whistle. A Suzuki Hayabusa, huh? Other than the shoddy yellow-and-black paint job it was give, the vehicle was quite a beauty. Not enough that it could make up for its rider’s lack of skill, of course, but the immortal was willing to give credit where credit was due. Hopping onto his (or Reiko’s) ride, he smirked at his opponent, revving up the engine. “It’d be a real shame if you lost that, wouldn’t it? Don’t worry though, after I take your wheels away, I’ll be sure to resell it to you at ten times its market pri-”

But of course the two’s dramatic, manly, hot-blooded race had to be interrupted by two familiar lesbians. Haruka, the apprentice of Reiko, who twisted reality with her words, and Kiara, the memory-afflicting swordswoman. Sighing at the sight of those two, Rui-Ling was about to recommend a different, less scenic race track for his duel with Suzumebachi, when the rising pop idol demanded to join in instead.

Trying to impress Kiara with her motoring skills, huh? Ah, young love was nice to see indeed. Well, all he needed to do was beat the leader of the Yellow Jackets. Nothing said that he couldn’t let Haruka take first place. After all, her master did own the bike he used.

He turned his attention back to the road as Haruka lined up on the stop line as well, when she spoke of his pants. Looking down at his zipper, only to realize that, having worn sweatpants today, he didn't even have one, Rui-Ling faked a laugh, faked a smile, and said, "Ahahahahahaha, you got me, Haruka-chan! Nice trick!"

He should have seen it coming, really, but, well, it's just water under the bridge now. Can't really do much about the Universal Language, after all, outside of killing its user.
Basically, give them concrete shoes. If they're the regenerating immortal, go stick them in a vat of acid. If they're the respawning immortal, pump them full of drugs. If they're the anime immortal, wait until the public runs out of interest and the studio stops producing the anime.

If they're the Pokemon immortal, pray to god that you don't anger them. Those kids are scary shit.
Immortality =/= OP though. Maybe mention her control of the laws of nature or whatever within the Crimson Sky instead. XD

That being said, 100+ year old being romantically interested in any normal aged human being is pretty normal, and even justified if you consider how Rui-Ling is 'Frozen' in the body of a horny teenager going through puberty. And hey, elves and vampires and divine beings make babies with mortals all the time, and no one thinks that as creepy~
They're still accepting you know; just sent in my character to have it reviewed just in case I need to remove anything that is unrequired or change it so it fits better with the setting. Mastery over gravity and force is chief among his earliest pursuits. He started off in humility, but his ambition was limitless. Who could have divined the prophetic import of something as unremarkable as a switch in the force of a mere man?

Thar, Otaku.
@ShisaAnd yet, I can't help but wonder. To a child who has not even passed her first century, what is 'perfection'? Is it not merely the stagnation of an arrogant faux-noble who has deluded herself to such an extent that she can't even grasp the concept that there lies a new dimension of greatness behind the pigeonhole that is 'perfection'?

Alas, it does appear that greatness and magnificence, as well as omnipotent perfection, can only be attained by those with limitless time on their hands, those capable of eternally improving and furthering their own skills, reaching new heights unimaginable to those already satisfied with what they have.

Alice may be a precocious child, but compared to the likes of Rui-Ling...she will be found wanting.

Of course, she's a teatime loli, so that's one thing mountain he'll never overcome, but hey, that's just a minor thing~
If only KoL was coming up with an IC post instead. Alas, the sufferings of a procrastinator.
@KoL but Carver is surely gentlemanly enough not to whisk away a lady who is to have a tea party with the mistress of this establishment, yes? And all things considered, an overbearing arrogance probably isn't the best way to approach diplomacy, other than the 'intimidate them into obedience' sort~
