- Vivii -

Vivii looked cautiously about as she found the sheet, she was one of the last ones to get a look at it. Someone named Storm was her roommate. She was quite puzzled, she'd met both and man and a women in the past with that name and she wondered which one this person would be. She pushed her messy blonde hair back behind her ear as she moved towards the elevator. Two men were already inside, one was the exceptionally tall celebrity whom she now couldn't remember the name of. The other however she had not yet met but he was tall as well in comparison to herself though not nearly as tall as the celebrity guy.

Vivii was quite tall or considered to be tall by most of the people she had met, for a woman of course, but she was not even close to being as tall as either of these men. It unnerved her a bit and she suddenly wished that she had heels on, they were a comfort to her. Her height was something that, while most women hated being tall, Vivii found comfort in it. It made other women frightened of or threatened by her generally and men saw her as more equal to them. Despite being nearly five foot nine she was quite delicate looking with high cheekbones and a soft full mouth. With baby blue eyes she watched them carefully for a moment before she headed in the direction of the elevator. After all this running she wouldn't be taking the stairs, not even just to the third floor.

When she realized the taller man was about to let the doors close she rushed her steps, glad for her gracefullness as she moved quickly towards them as she called out, "Hold on a sec!" She moved as quickly as possible without actually jogging towards them, Laila close behind her while her finches remained carefully tucked away on her shoulder, their bright red breasts showing through the curtain of her pale blonde hair. She smiled disarmingly as she entered the elevator, hiding in the furthest corner from the back putting her head down to look at her grey and purple Nike tennis shoes.

Laila was curled around her feet and Vivii found herself smiling at the little dragon. "Ma chérie, tu es si jolie." She murmured to the shimmering white dragon, her four wings fluttering easily as she looked around at the others. She looked carefully at the two men, her blue eyes that very nearly matched Vivii's in color. She spoke carefully, trying to articulate the words fully as she spoke, "I Laila. My Vivii" The little dragon gestured to Vivii, by throwing up a golden clawed foot.

- Niall -

Niall chuckled as the young man cracked a joke about his height, it was something he was quite used to. "Niall Collins, this is Allaire." His voice was a deep rumble and he was caught a bit off guard when he heard another voice that was light and slightly accented with what he recognized as french. It was the blonde he had admired at the dinner table earlier. Her voice was like something he had never heard, smooth and melodious as well as warm. It was just the opposite of her behavior though.

He nodded quietly at her when she entered the elevator but she didn't offer to speak to them, instead keeping her eyes down and speaking to the little dragon that had curled carefully around her legs. He didn't have any clue what she had said but it was obviously in french. He was startled for the second time in nearly as many minutes when the beautiful dragon she had with her spoke instead of her. Speaking her own name as well as the woman's. "Well it is lovely to meet the both of you, beautiful names for two beautiful creatures." He smiled easily down at the others, he had been this tall since he was around seventeen when he'd had a growth spurt. It wasn't until his early twenties though that he would fill out and become the massive giant that he was today, hitting the gym hard and long certainly hadn't hurt earlier. Neither had his tendency towards training in MMA. He outsized most of his opponents by quite a lot but the sport had taught him not to underestimate people even when they were smaller.

She looked so delicate, her wrists were positively tiny as were the ankles she displayed in her capri length work out pants. He was quite sure that if he got too close or touched her that he would break her simply by accident, like a beautiful glass sculpture. He shook his head internally, he wasn't here to fall for a woman he barely knew or fall for any woman at all for that matter.
@KuramaaaZ
He'll grow to love her I'm sure lol She really isn't that bad, just kind of temperamental about certain things. Lots of nature lovers in this group of characters though.
- Laurel -

@KuramaaaZ@Silent Observer

Laurel chuckled lightly at the threat, it would take a lot more than witch magic to turn her own fire against her. There was a distinct difference between the fire she created and the fire that he controlled. A brilliant smile lit her face when she saw Kiara come raging through the forest. The fiery, red-headed faerie was as volatile as jet fuel and swung emotions very quickly, it was her nature and Laurel loved the other girl for it. It made their time together as roommates rather interesting to say they least. Stepping away to let the faerie have at the witch she nodded briefly at her.

Kiara was dripping wet, no doubt having just come out of the lake with Morgan. The water mage was nearly always in Kiara's presence, between him and Suley Laurel wasn't so sure which of the three was going to win out or how it was going to end. Whatever happened would be a long time coming and Laurel wouldn't miss it for the world. There was always something going on between the trio. The situation between them seemed to suit Kiara well enough though and she was happy for her roommate.

She almost felt bad for the fire mage, he had no doubt come here with the intent of practicing his craft. Now he was being assaulted by two of the smallest women on campus. It was nearly enough to make her chuckle, he still deserved to be punished for destroying nature, especially when the school had rooms set up entirely for practicing ones craft. Laurel had spent many long days and nights in the rooms learning to control the most tedious of her powers. The goddess's wrath was one that was reserved for slaughtering the pharaoh's enemies but when it had become apparent that she could be just as vicious as the goddess herself without much warning she'd spent the last several years learning to control it completely and fully.

Today was no exception for her control of her gift, she had to remain in control. It wasn't until the mage threw a ball of flames toward Kiara and herself that some of her resolve cracked. Her normally warm green eyes swirled with the yellow of the leopard she kept at bay. Her nostrils flared slightly before the black haired woman had been replaced with an equally black cat. Flexing the muscles that extended her claws she was off in a flash. A blur of inky blackness as she loped easily after the mage. It was a slow jaunt for her really once she had caught up with him. Laurel transformed between one step and the next as she trailed after the mage. "Do you truly expect to outrun me? I assure you that this is a rather slow pace for me. Your cause for running truly escapes me. Kiara and myself have to be the smallest women on campus." She gave a bit of a grin, her full lips turning up to reveal her white teeth again, her canines slightly longer than they should have been. Her green eyes were still swirled and dotted with the vibrant yellow that belonged to her other form.

She hoped they had frightened him, for all of his goading and scare tactics he didn't seem to actually want to fight them. Her long black hair swung and cascaded around her as she moved, eyes watching him carefully. He carried a small phoenix in his arms, she hadn't initially noticed the creature but now that her gaze rested on it she pushed emotions towards it. Projecting them easily to the creature, letting it know that she truly meant no harm. Generally it didn't take very long for animals to warm up to her once they realized they could communicate with her.
@KuramaaaZ
Good to know, Laurel is a bit different than most though. *cue cheeky grin*
@KuramaaaZ

I was referring to Laurel, if she's anything like my kitties, she won't be able to fight the urge to chase him.

As for Kiara, yes it is just a tree, but she is a faery whose earthy magic is based in ancient, natural roots. Nature hippy to the max....And she is crazy as all hell.

Yeah, not a good choice for poor Vlad. Laurel is faster than he is too as unfortunate as that might be. I feel like witches get the short end of the stick as far as physical abilities go. Nearly everything on campus is faster than they are. :/
@KuramaaaZ
Haha I'm sure it'll be alright. Most of the characters are a pretty easy going bunch after they've calmed down a bit. Suley and his brother, mostly his brother, destroyed and entire ball the first go round. He's class president now lol
<Snipped quote by KuramaaaZ>

Kiara is a very reactively emotional person. She 'hated' Sulleykaar at first too, but her moods can quickly sway. It makes her a very interesting and fun character to roleplay.

@KuramaaaZ^^ This is true! You missed the old one but I'm sure if you search it you can find the old ones. Kiara is a bit loo loo sometimes. In a nice very fun way, unless you make her mad and keep her that way. Then she might trip out and I'm pretty sure if you hurt her the entire Dark Court would come down on you and we definitely don't want that lol
@Sailorsadie
Forgot to mention you in the post.
- Vivii -

Even freshly hatched Laila was quite graceful if a bit clumsy with her four wings and long legs. She would be exquisite when she grew up. Absolutely beautiful, of that Vivii was quite sure. What Vivii wasn't so sure about was surviving the sheer rudeness of one of the other girls. She seemed to be the only one here with a poor ass attitude. Having met several copies of the same girl, they were all identical on the inside after all, just the same ugly person with a different face on the outside, Vivii had found that often enough they paid for their own rudeness later on even if she personally was not there to see it. She acted as if she hadn't heard the girl as she continued on, glad for her time she had spent jogging and hiking these past several years to build up an endurance she was proud of.

The little birds that were tucked in the shelter of her blonde hair clung tightly to her shirt as she moved, despite having the smoothness of an experienced runner it was still a tough ride for them. At least they weren't bumping around in their cage though. Laila was galloping along behind her, surprisingly well for such a newly hatched being. Just after the girl who was waiting for her karma had moved on a guy who looked suspiciously like her appeared not to far from Vivii, he'd introduced himself as they'd jogged along after the good doctor. She smiled easily, showing her straight white teeth briefly before she reduced her smile to simply curve her plump lips. "Belle de vous rencontrer à la fois," It was a moment before Vivii realized that she had spoken in french. A bad habit when she was nervous, this wasn't exactly the type of lad who normally spoke to her after all. Though she was confident and knew that she was pretty it was her quietness and anxiety that kept most people at bay. They disliked having to reassure her, one reason she preferred her finches over actual people.

"Ah, pardon, I forget I'm not in ma patrie anymore. It's lovely to meet you both. Viviana, my friends call me Vivii though. Four-wings back there is Laila." Vivii spoke just loud enough that he might hear her though she doubted any of the others could hear her words. She was a private person, not wishing to exclude the others but not entirely wanting this large of a group of people to all be speaking to her or around her at once. She was certainly glad she had not been the small asian girl who had tripped over her own feet and dropped her things. The other girl seemed to have dealt just fine with the stumble though even if Vivii did feel bad for her. She'd still just been getting over the shock of hatching a dragon herself though. It wasn't simply something one did every day. "I'm just glad I've kept up my hiking lately, otherwise all this jogging would be difficult."

- Niall -

Niall moved easily through the halls, his long stride allowing him to keep up somewhat easily. Allaire was just behind him, galloping along happily, tail swishing and nearly knocking into the backs of his legs. He simply hoped the young dragon didn't trip him. Dr. Nidhogg was moving more quickly now and it wasn't long before Niall was nearly at a full jog trying to keep up with the massive beast. It was several good minutes of jogging, during which Niall was eternally grateful for his strict workout schedule that he maintained even when business was booming and his work schedule was packed with meetings and galas.

He sighed with relief when they arrived at the surface, pausing briefly to allow the large set of doors to open before heading out again. In his stride Niall removed his jacket carefully, the leather crowding his movements and making him hot. He tucked it under his arm carefully as he kept pace with the others. Thankfully it was only another couple minutes of swift jogging before they stopped in front of what quite honestly appeared to be a castle, the building seemed to be nearly ten stories tall. The doctor turned his massive head to look at them.

"This is the apartments where the students of this academy reside. You will be allowed freedom within this building the rest of the day along with the courtyard it contains to get to know your dragons. Tomorrow classes will begin and you will be learning some basic spells and power words in Gaea. Though the language comes naturally to you since you can speak to your dragons you will still need to learn some more difficult words and phrases to properly execute spells. You will find on the secondary door just inside the postings for who you will be rooming with and where your room will be. I hope you find the apartments to your liking. Your luggage among other things have already been placed inside. If you find that you simply cannot deal with your roommate come find me." The dragon then left them in a whirl of wind like a hurricane that Niall had to brace himself against, his thick hair moving about and covering his eyes.

Once the wind had died down from the massive dragon's wing flaps Niall headed for the doors, speaking the word he had heard the doctor say when going to the doors before and it creaked open. He grinned, beside himself that he had remembered the word correctly. Who knows what could have happened if the word had been wrong. He could only chuckle as he looked at the piece of paper on the second set of doors.

He nodded, he was with the dark headed girl who had spoken to him in the dining hall about his manner of dressing. He pushed through the doors into the rather grand entry way. Dragons seemed to be all about opulence and he was certainly grateful. It had been a long time since he had dealt with anything other than the highest quality things, he also hoped that they had a gym around here somewhere, he worked hard to keep his physique the way it was. Some of it was natural in that he was build in a manner that allowed him to get as big as he was but the rest was a complicated algorithm of eating correctly and working hard in the gym and outside it. It was his primary form of stress relief.

Thank the lord, Niall thought, chuckling again outwardly as he spotted an elevator. He punched the button and the doors opened promptly though he stood in silence holding the door open for the other to get one with him. It appeared they were all on the third floor.
Yeah you can still add other characters if you want and others can still join the roleplay and get their dragons tomorrow.
