Ben looked down and snapped his fingers sadly. He looked at the group. "20 hours with just us. Okay I am going to give us about 10 hours before we are lunging at each other's throat for something to do at least." He grumbled. He hated being in tight areas he could not escape from. Again that messed with his plans completely. He looked around. "Well since we all seem to be ready shouldn't we just go now?"

Traveling in Time Comes With A Price

Name: Jack Carnahan Gender: Male Age (12-24): 23 Birthday: July 1st Gemstone: Ruby Personality: Jack is always smiling for the most part. He is constantly joking about whatever is around him. However he loves to learn as much he can and can be quite intelligent. He has no problem with using his fists or his words depending on what has to be done. He is loyal to anyone who deserves it. History: Jack was raised by a pair of Egyptologists and was taught all about ancient Egypt in particular the Middle Kingdom. He was taught how to translate the language around 11 years old. When he turned 12 he had a strange occurrence. He was sitting there reading a book when suddenly he looked around and saw the site his parents were working was gone. Now there was a temple in front of him with people moving around it. He thought he was going insane until he noticed that it was all real. He went back and forth for years learning all that he could about the period. Eventually he figured out he was there during the reign of Pharaoh Ramesses II. He learned the language and how to fight with a Khopesh sword. He keeps it with him no matter where he goes. Jack is skilled in how to use it from being taught by a few warriors he met in the period. Gift: Teleportation. As long as he can see where he is going he can go there. If the area is blocked by line of sight then he cannot go there. Appearance: #4

Cam looked over at her. The map suddenly showed a pathway through the area to the city. He gave the map over to her. "Think of me as your guardian. That and I can't let you go alone. I feel like you need someone to watch over you. "He said walking. "Are you coming?"

She took a deep breath an forced her gaze to the ground. All living things produce energy, even animals. She would have to feed twice as much from animals though. Humans or humanoid creatures work best, but feeding off them can be more noticeable. How could he know? Was she that obvious or was he very observant? This temptation wasn't going to work. Finally a place where she can feel safe for a moment along with a warm bed and hot bath. She couldn't blow all that by feeding on a student. That wouldn't go over well anywhere even in a school filled with 'monsters'. Refusing to look at him or more a less his exposed skin, she crossed her arms and huffed. "You're ridiculous! I don't care what you can feel or what you can do! I just would like to go to the city for the evening, if you aren't going to help me with that then I guess we're done here." Lu turned away from him feeling a soreness in the pit of her stomach. Way to make friends Lu, but it isn't wise to be friends with food.

Cam looked over at her. He had offered her his help but she had turned him down. He had offered her his help but she did not want it. How odd. He moved quickly and moved in front of her. He took a map out of his coat pocket. He offered her it. "It's enchanted to lead the way anywhere you wish to go. I'll give it to you if you agree to go into town with me. " He said shaking the map.
