Codename: The Winter Soldier

Age: He has been told he is 21 but there is no record of this.

Gender:Male

Power(s): He is a modified human being. Like the one before him, he has a cybernetic arm that allows him to be stronger and faster in that arm. It is the most useful for using his arsenal weapons.  His arm has a built in computer for hacking security systems when he is on the job as it were. However that was not all that was given or forced on him. His creators injected him with a formula that gave him powers similar to the Super Soldier formula. He has peak human strength, speed, and toughness but that is it. He is not inhuman with any of those. His mods allow him to make shots and get kills that are seemingly impossible.

Skills: Master Marksman does not describe him. He is one of the best shooters in the world and he prefers it. He is skilled in hand to hand but he avoids it since his mods are better designed for long range kills. However one of his signatures is killing using a blend of different toxins at close range. He seems to enjoy watching his targets die up close.

Equipment: (Optional)

Personality: He switches between two main personalities. One is where he is pleasant and almost charming. His Hydra handlers wanted him to be able to blend into a crowd unlike the original. However when he puts his mask on he truly becomes the Winter Soldier. He follows orders unless they contradict his personal code of conduct. He refuses to kill the truly innocent. He will never kill a man in front of his family. He has a few other rules that were not given to him by Hydra but by Steve Rogers.

History: He really does not know his name. If it is even Jack Smith or where he was born. He does not know where he was born or when. All he knows is that sometime when he was young he fell into Hydra's control. It appeared that the first Winter Soldier had made the mistake of leaving their employ, so they needed a new killer. They chose a young boy as their new killer for the simple reason that he could be taught that their way was the right way. Jack was taught to kill and he was very good at it.

When he was sixteen it was decided that he needed the cybernetic arm as well since it had helped the first one. At this point Jack was the perfect soldier that Hydra had wanted to badly. Without pause he agreed to the whole thing and was finally turned into the Winter Soldier. He then got his first mission to hunt some diplomat who was going against the master plan. So he did so and that got him on SHIELD's radar. After a few missions he was captured when he was given bad intel.

Instead of resisting, Jack saw what was wrong with his life. He was trained by Captain America but he is still a killer at heart and a good one at that. So he decided to join the Thunderbolts.
