And I always designate a sacrifice to get it's disguise, then unleash my ghost or steel I have to take it on. Slowbro had Shadow Ball, which you get right before the trial. Recently, I've been doing a Wonder Trade playthough, and used Excavalier to take it on.
Oh, I just found out recently, that Psych Up can also copy Totem Pokémon and Ultra Beast boosts. I actually beat Totem Mimikyu with a Slowbrow after copying it's stat increases with Psych Up.

"Just because I'm worried about you doesn't mean I don't think you're tough. You could have a quirk that made you impervious to all damage, and I'd still worry. You could be stronger than Deku, and I'd still worry. So don't get ideas in your head that I think you're weak, because I don't. But no matter how tough and strong you get, I'll still worry."
