Chuck heard rustling in the bushes and went to check it out, finding the little Rockruff. "Oh hey, it's a Rockruff, I've seen a couple at my parent's Daycare." he said, pulling out a Pokeball. "Looks like you'll be my first capture in Alola!"

Chuck decided to head out and explore the area, see what Pokémon he could find.
Chuck looked them all over in awe, as he hadn't seen these Pokémon before. "I'll take Popplio." Chuck said, taking the ball and recalling the Pokémon. Upon inspection, he found that it was a female, so he named her Ariel.
Chuck bowed before the great man and said "If it's not too much to ask, Kahuna, I was hoping to receive my first Alolan Pokémon."
"Nice, I'm gonna go see if I can get a Pokémon from the Professor." Chuck said. Just then, Lillie walked up and said "Actually, here in Alola, the Island Kahuna is the one who gives new trainers their Pokémon. On Melemele it's Kahuna Hala." "Oh, that's interesting, alright, I'll go see Hala then."
A few of them are, as they tie in with the anime itself. Like the first one, and the Genesect one, they both had parts in the anime that linked to the movies. And the Master of Mirage Pokémon special also showed scenes from Pikachu's memories of several of the other movies.
Chuck sent Nissa and Tesla back home, wanting to start this new journey fresh.
"Well, that was interesting." Chuck said. "So, I guess it's time to head to Iki Town now."
How can it not have happened if it was set up in the anime?
Chuck was up next, having gotten Tesla as well, since the other two had brought in Pokémon of the typing of their gyms. "Hello everyone, I'm Chuck North from Lumiose City in Kalos. "The gym specializes in Electric Types. Who can tell me what Electric is weak against?" A dark-skinned boy raised his hand. "I'm Kiawe, Electric Type Pokémon are only weak to Ground Types." "Exactly!" Chuck said.
"And here is an Electric Pokémon I got during my time in Kanto. Let's go Tesla!" Chuck sent out his Jolteon. "This is a Jolteon, one of many forms of Eevee. I don't recommend petting it, as it is quite prickly due to the electricity coursing through it. Now, while I am a trainer, and I did face Shiranui for title of Kanto Champion, I don't actually have much experience as a trainer, having spent most of my time at my family's Daycare. So I'm going to talk more about caring for your Pokémon, then training it. And for that I'll use my good friend Nissa." He recalled Tesla and sent out Nissa the Clefable.
"This is a Clefable, another Pokémon from Kanto. Until a couple years ago, it was seen as a Normal Type, but now has been found to be a Fairy Type." He then began discussing how to properly take care of, feed, and bathe their Pokémon.
