Teleporting huh? Surprising that such a ability would be passed in this rp seeing how it can be seen as op. Though in your hands it should be fine.

Another Dragon???Edit: Oops XD thought I was in Young Justice for a moment.Second Edit: I personally see her as under powered compared to some. Echo has near perfect control of any computer she desires and Baldur has Electromangetic manipulation which, in this setting, could in theory make him invincible with both control over electricity AND magnetism. she becoming a dragon would only make her a bigger target for characters such as Baldur and Wilson, the latter having teleportation abilities.

However she is also a genetics bioengineer which means probable like spider man can change the abilities of his webs means she can probable add more effects and powers to her dragon abilities for temporary uses in certain battles... their is a lot of ways she can build up to pulverize everyone in some way or another.
