Hmmmm, while I agree this isn't necessarily an offensive action, I do think giving people a heads up in the OOC would've given people a better chance to react, and bring up any issues they may have had with it at the current time, since this is a pretty major event/plot. I think it'd be a nice thing that could've been done to make things synch a little better.

Still, the post is already posted so that's that, but I suppose people can give their opinions about it now.

I can't say much since my OC isn't directly involved yet. I still be waiting on Magus to post.

Can I get a summary of what's happening?

Sure thing!

Bob is enforcing a Death Match between Yang and Blake.

Siesta Sisters are escorting Dio to a ship.

Lyna, Vita, Signum and Reinforce are fighting a Shadow Prime created by a Demon called Yasu

The Witches, left to go make that tea house I talked about

And I think that's all that's going on(Not directly involved with your characters, that is).

Sorry if I missed anything or anyone gaiz.

There is a gingerbread tea house

It is safe there.

We will find a way to make energon tea, dw.
Gohan said Without a word, Dio followed the two Siesta Sisters. Dio wondered about the two of them. So, he decided to ask. Knowledge was power, after all. "So, what do you call yourselves exactly? you don't exactly seem to be human, with the ears of a hare. And you wear this clothing that indicates you have service in some type of military. Are you some type of..what was the pronunciation, "Yokai"? or was it "Youkai"? In any case of the correct spelling, I've read up on the Japanese and the folklore of the land. Quite fascinating. Come now, why don't you tell me about yourselves." Dio ushered for an answer, trying to figure out what it was they were exactly. He still couldn't believe he was being given that vessel. It was quite surprising, and he still couldn't wrap understand why. Did someone benefit in some way from this? if they did, he couldn't see how. Though, many things here he didn't understand, to be honest.

The two Siestas contrasted each other pretty well. One had brown hair, and seemed more concerned with their safety as they moved through the forest. She had been less following Dio and more shadowing him, trying to make sure no one suddenly appeared out of no where. The signs of an ambush or attack could be made apparently quickly, even if many people here had the capability to seemingly pop out of nowhere. However, there was a good reason they had been summoned as a guard for the Witches; if anyone wanted to dispute their combat abilities, then they would show them no mercy.

While the brown haired one kept her distance, the blonde haired one of the pair stayed close to Dio. An observant mind could tell that the brown haired Siesta was specialized towards scouting and longer ranged combat, while the blonde one was more comfortable at a close or medium range. Naturally, it was the blonde one which responded to Dio, with the other Siesta merely twitching her ear and glancing over now and again. The brown haired Siesta had a large attack range that would let her detect and engage enemies long before they would see her back. It was her duty to see enemies long in advance.

"We are members of the Chiester Imperial Guard Corps, Grenadier division. I am Chiester 12, and that scout over there is Chiester 105." It seemed that she was more approachable than the scout Siesta who didn't seem all that interested in answering questions.

"Hmm, I suppose it wouldn't be wrong to call us that, nyeh? We are fantasy creatures who were summoned as servants to those witches you saw. However, it seems for now we will be serving you." It seemed there weren't any explosions from where they came from, so at the very least that hadn't blown up just yet.

"I wouldn't know, as I don't have the time to read. To put things bluntly, I am good at close combat, while Chiester 105 is good at longer range combat. This world is full of insane opponents, but we'll guard your life well. Just leave it to us, nyeh!" Another salute after she had finished talking. It was clear that they she wouldn't be cryptic about any questions he had from this point on. Soon they'd reach their objective, and they could start to explain things without as much of a fear of ambush.
Well then, this situation was pretty boring. It seemed that Ambassador couldn't, or wouldn't respond to her number. Oh well, that was that she supposed. Since he was so boring, there was no longer a point in continuing this conversation. And as the game was already interrupted and ruined, there also was no longer a point in waiting for that. So.... why were they still here with a bunch of boring people, again? Was it to fight? No, that was pretty boring.

....Well, at least this brought something important up. That important thing, of course, was the fact that things had a tendency of constantly attacking each other. There was nothing wrong with that of course. Pieces could fight pieces endlessly for all she cared, but if they constantly fought for no reason, it'd get boring quick. Besides that, she was certain that if pieces had no motivation, murder ought to be boring. After all, whydunnit was awfully important in any story.

Ah well, enough of this then. She waited for Carmilla to crush the remnants of that game. When that was complete, she merely transported herself, Carmilla, and the three who had been in a game with them away. The last of the goats were dying out, some people were making an attempt to breach her boundary, and some weird sadist guy was....acting like some weird sadist guy. It wasn't interesting enough, and more importantly, she hadn't had any sweets for awhile. That needed to be rectified soon, and the problem of no whydunnit it also needed to be solved. After all, any story required some sort of opposing forces, no matter their form. An opposing force also requires a motivation to be an opposing force. To breed whydunnit, why not let all these people meet each other? Well, regardless, she closed that boundary she had brought up after she left.

When they emerged from the weakening of boundaries, they were at a forest far enough away to not be bothered again. It could be said that the place selected by Lady Mereana was the center of all the current conflicts, not only that, but the center of this expansive forest. A two hundred meter radius was surrounded by a boundary of thread from Mereana's body. Below that boundary was as conceptual mobius space formed by the rules she was about to establish, following and enforcing a web of truth created by her red sword.

....Well, it wasn't a web of truth. It was just a single thread, but that was more than enough.

[Red]Violation of the rules established by this boundary is not allowed. Violation of this boundary or analyzation of this boundary is not allowed.[Red] Well, that was good enough. If anyone decided to actually do any of those things, the worst hell imaginable for anyone here would happen, that naturally being a logic error.

"Rule One: All rules may be changed(And reviewed), in a reasonable and fair manner, by the creator of this tea house at will. Rules may be added or removed by the creator of this tea house at will. The creator of this tea house is defined as Lady Mereana, and only this Lady Mereana who created this boundary surrounding the tea house. Temporary additions, reviews, removals, and alterations may be made by Lady Carmilla, following the same rules as "the creator". Ex post facto may be applied.

Rule Two: Loopholes in the rules are only permitted and approved by Lady Mereana or Carmilla. They must be approved before they can be implemented. Further, all loopholes or grey areas within or without the rules must follow the intent of Lady Mereana or Carmilla.

Rule Three: Antagonistic interference(To be reviewed by Lady Mereana or Carmilla upon said interference), actions, of all natures, types, and possibilities are not permitted against the Tea House, the area within the boundary, the air, etc. as defined as anything that may interfere with tea drinking. Furthermore, this also includes attempting to analyze or destroy the boundary, inside or out.

Rule Four: Proper conduct will be upheld.

Rule Five: "Games" may be hosted within the boundaries of the teahouse; games must be approved from Lady Carmillia or Lady Mereana. If nothing is brought up by either, these games are assumed approved. Games must be overt and announced.

Rule Six: Violation of the spirit of these rules is not allowed.

Rule Seven: Breaking of any rules will result in a confliction with the current established truth. This will be acknowledged as a logic error, and the one who causes it will have it fall upon themself to handle it. This is reviewed by Lady Mereana or Carmilla. You have been warned.

Rule Eight: Do not eat the tea house."

Within the boundary, she raised up said tea house. It was actually quite large, certainly large enough to allow in even the more gigantic of those present on this planet. It was a beautiful teahouse made out of gingerbread and various candies. The inside however, was not, and many goats scurried around preparing tables and various snacks and drinks. Here, people could meet each other without instantly killing each other. Fun fun, now there'd be plenty of whydunnit.

Oh, and it was completely convenient that those three could have their tea party with the two witches now, and discuss that first wish they had made. Perhaps they'd be interesting people, right? Sometimes hearing peoples life stories could be fun fun, you know?

...Well, either way she got her candy, so yay her.
Whelp Angel Mort and full image of a Siesta to get an idea of what they're like.

I shall make a post on the morrow, then.

Hmm... wait, who will be setting up the safe zone, though? And what IC defences will we have to prevent the more powerful characters from just demolishing the place?

I'd like to do it since I had the idea, and I've got some preparations to ensure it doesn't become a deathzone. I'll weave a bunch of paradoxical boundaries and a web of red truth to make sure no one decides to blow it up. I think if it's fine with everyone, I'll just place it in the forest somewhere. Though, I would like suggestions on how to notify characters of its existence. A letter feels a bit intrusive, so perhaps flares? I'm happy to take any advice~!

Ooo! oo! Quote can easily do that, for the sake of no more fighting. xD

Quote can totally draw food as well, right? He'd be great at keeping the tea flowing. He'd also be an excellent waiter, considering how fun loving he can be. He'd take all the tip money for himself. Then again can't he just draw up some money? And how is money even relevant here. Well, hardwork pays in feeling good, at least that's what they keep telling me
Gaiz what do you think about a nice little tea shop everyone can have tea at without possibility of fighting? Coz everyone needs a break from fighting sometimes.
