@littleone - No. The world would not be better off without you. Those who know you will greatly miss you. Hang in there. Sometimes it might not seem like it but you mean a lot to those who love you.

I'm in the process of moving so I'm currently a bit CrAzY at the second. Hopefully, I'll be back to normal reply schedule soon (after the move and the insanity of getting basic unpacking done)

Trex turned and glared at his friend. "It's a good thing she hit you. Otherwise I would have." He declared though there really wasn't malice in his tone. Just annoyance. There was no way he was peacocking. He had nothing to prove. It was just that he was a bit irritated, that's all. Chalk it up to lack of sleep or maybe his annoyance at the Caelum wizards and their increasing number of covert, snide attacks. First on him and then Zelia. Not to mention the verbal assault on Skye. He just wished he could give them a lesson. However, it was wiser to leave them be. Unless they hit again. If it came to a fight, he doubted Skye would be able to do much as put her ten feet near them and she'd freeze.

Skye frowned, as if his irritated behavior brought back something to memory. She never did talk to him about why he didn't wake her. Did he not think her capable? Doubts and questions raced through her mind but she kept her peace. She would not confront him in front of the others and she would definitely wait until he got into a better mood. She hadn't seen him this angry before. True the slight tussle with Trever and his gang did bring out some annoyance, but he didn't act like he was about to jump into something. Was he just tired or was this is actual nature. A shimmer of fear raced down her spine. It was silly really. He had done nothing to threaten her but his behavior reminded her of others.

Taking a deep breath, Trex realized his was getting frustrated. It wasn't Skye's fault. Whatever had transpired between them had left some major wounds. He glanced at Zelia. "Sorry." He told her. "I despise cheating." Whether it was that wizard of the Caelum wizards when they put Zelia asleep and played little verbal games. Give him a face to face, physical battle and he could handle it. This covert, around the bush verbal warfare was annoying. "I won't do anything to jeopardize Flynn's chance at the key." He informed. His composure loosened a bit and he didn't look so on edge.
"That's interesting. I guess that makes since." Trex commented. Why talk to each one, when you could wait until they all returned? However, Flynn was right. The race didn't make sense. Especially after his speech about "being worthy" and all. He clasped Flynn on the back. "Don't worry. Whatever is planned I can't think of any celestial wizard who is more worthy then you. If you had my vote, you would get the key."

"But it he doesn't." Another celestial wizard walked up wearing a smirk. "What's the matter boy? He turn you down?" He asked nodding toward the house. His guild tattoo, evident on his neck showed he was from one of the smaller, less known guilds. He frowned as Flynn told him they had to wait. Grunting, he waved him off. "Right. Like I'm going to believe you." Going over he knocked on the door. After a brief discussion, he too had the door shut in his face.

Trex raised an eyebrow. "Apparently, he just found out you were not lying." He noted. The wizard didn't look their way but made his way to another spot and sat down. The front door opened again and the servant put a sign on the door. A smile toyed on Trex's lips as he looked it over. "Looks like the servant doesn't want to be disturbed either. The sign stated that they need to wait until everyone returns, or noon. Whichever comes first." He shook his head. "That's one way to avoid constant knocking."

Skye frowned. Glancing at the others, she nodded toward the wizard. "How far is this beach?" She inquired. "He came back pretty quick after Flynn. Or, where you waiting long?" She asked glancing at the older boy.

Trex narrowed his eyes. "No. There's no way he could have physically made it there and back in this time. Not unless he had super speed or used magic." He scowled. "That little cheater. I should give him a thrashing."

What had started as a basic traffic violation had quickly escalated into something much more. Apparently the man had something to hide, and her very presence had sent him off the deep end. Thankfully, her training had kicked in before he did any major damage but he did manage to nick her on the arm before she subdued him. Combined with a slight cut on her hand when he first attacked, it was nothing to be worried about. However, to put her friends at ease, she went to the hospital and got it stitched up. Finishing up the last stitch, the doctor looked at her. "Now I would suggest you avoid knife fights in the future." He told her with a smile. Seeing her look, he cleared his throat. "Right. Change the bandages every day for the next two days and then you'll be fine. The stitches will come out on their own in a week or so."

"Thank you." Miranda replied pulling back her hand. A few strands of her light brown hair escaped where she had pinned it earlier and fell along her faceline. Brushing her bangs aside, Miranda rose and nodded to the doctor. "So I'm all done?" She inquired.

The middle aged man nodded. "Yup. Though don't try to overdo it. The stitches might come out." Miranda nodded. Fine. She and him both knew that the injury wasn't that bad. She wouldn't have even needed stitches except that the hospital got some extra money from the insurance company to do it. As she exited the hospital room and made her way down the hall, she passed the elevators and made her way to the stairs. If she could, she avoided elevators at all costs. What she told most people was that taking the stairs helped keep her in shape. But in reality she disliked the closed in space. It wasn't that she was claustrophobic she just disliked being in enclosed spaces for very long.

As she made it to the stairway she glanced at the window. What had been a clear, normal day had quickly vanished. Sure the sky seemed a bit clear but rain was falling down. Wait a minute. She looked closer. It was not falling down, it was rising. How could that be? The rain was going toward the sky. It made no sense. Before she could really wrap her mind around it, she found herself staring out over a dark landscape. They were on the moon. She stepped away from the window. How was that possible? She could hear the surprised and panic other places in the hospital. Her training kicking in she tore her gaze away from the window. Whatever had happened, people were frightened. She needed to get down there and help try to calm them down as they figured out what happened. As she headed down the stairs she pulled out her phone and tried to call the station. Hearing nothing, she glanced at it. Great. It was dead. She was on her own.
Universe 2:

"No Vastra. I told you I'm done. Let the world handle it's own problems." The Doctor looked at the Silurian, her companion, Jenny, and the Sontaran, Strax. His face showed the weariness that hung over him. "I'm retired." He moved to brush past them. He no longer wanted a part in adventure or trouble. He had saved the world enough as it was. And what had he to show for it? Nothing. Just a blue box in his home in the clouds. Everything or everyone he cared about was gone. Amy was gone. Rory was gone. River... He lifted his chin. He was done. No more adventures. No more companions. Just his home in the TARDIS.

The veiled Silurian moved and cut him off. "Doctor, please. There is rumor of people disappearing. Men going out to work in the morning and not returning in the evening. Women disappearing on their way home from the market." She looked at him. "Please, people need you." Both her tone and face were set to implore him to help. To listen to her plea. Sidestepping her, the Doctor continued on as if unaffected. "Children, Doctor." She called. "Children are missing." That brought him to a stop. For a moment her heart leaped, surely he would help now.

"Your a detective, Vastra." The Doctor replied, impersonal. "You figure it out. I'm done with everything. I want nothing more to do with monsters or rumors." Walking away, he made his way down the street ignoring any further things she yelled at him. "I'm done. Retired." He told himself. "No need to investigate. Others can do it. I've done enough." He paused by a snowman and glared at it. "No more meddling." He told it, though in fact he was arguing with himself. "I'm done. Retired. She can handle it." He paused and stared at the snowman. It sat there, the snow face looking straight back at him. "Look at me." The Doctor muttered. "Talking to a silly old snowman." Waving an arm, he turned and started to walk away.

Children are missing. Vastra's voice echoed in his mind. He stopped and shook his head. No. He was done. He's had enough. He was going to go back to his blue box in the sky and forget about life. Maybe catch up on some reading. There was so many books to read now that he was retired and not going anywhere. Or the trains. He could finish working on the train room. Yes, anything other than fighting monsters and chasing villains. He was done. Children, Doctor.. He sighed. He couldn't just do nothing... Steeling himself he started forward again. No. He was done. Retired. Finished.
Yeah - I'm sure a lot of it has to do with Fangirls getting starry-eyed on the actor. Tennant is my favorite but honestly each actor did a good enough job that I like their runs as well. They each brought a different piece to the grand scheme of things.

Yes - the whole companions going to kill. Stolen Earth/Journey's End showed that the Doctor kind of ruined them as each companion became a militaristic individual something that the Doctor never would have approved off.

That's fine. I have to take off anyway. I'll be back later. This way you won't get distracted.

I agree. (But then again, I'm a guy so I don't really care if the Doctor is "eye-candy" or not.)
I think bringing in the older Capaldi will help improve some aspects. I saw a cool post the other day talking about people complaining that Capaldi is to old to play the Doctor. Don't they realize the Doctor himself is over thousand years old now??? (not exact words).

Anyway, yeah it was sad what happened to Donna.
Martha's alright. She had to try to win the Doctor's affections and the audience's approval both of which was difficult after Rose.
In her own right, I think Martha had a good ending - taking off on her own. Moving on from her crush and actually living.
We'll see. Clara's personality was a bit flirtatious. However, I'm not sure if she would be so with Capaldi.
But yeah I hope the shows focus more on action than romance. A bit of romance in the show is not bad but turning the show where the characters are "fawning" over him [Martha!] isn't as cool.
I liked how they did Ten and Donna. There was no romance between the two and it worked out.
Oh yes, the sonic should be pretty cool. And the final layout of what the TARDIS will look like.
I wonder how much of a change it will be after it gets reset.

Though I think the most interesting thing will be what is he like. What's his personality going to be like. We got a few glimpses in both the Christmas special and the 50th but I can't wait for a full episode to see what he is like.
Alright. Let me know if you need me to change the ending on Dimension 2.

- This one?

That's different. What happened to a tie? I understand no bow tie (that was Matt's thing) but no tie?
But then again...Nine didn't hold much for ties either.
