Blue Demon || Female || Older || Ace

I go by Blue, Demon or BD. Or even Hey You if it's clear enough that you're talking to me. XD I prefer Blue or Blue Demon. And no, I didn't choose "Blue" because I'm sad. It's my favorite color. (And now you know.)

Shigetoshi clamped his mouth shut as Tatsuki touches him. Shigetoshi's focus in those few seconds come down to that hand on his back. He couldn't move until the hand was gone. Even then he shifted a little bit away from the younger man and still kept his mouth shut lest something stupid come out of it. Especially considering the worlds coming out of Tatsuki's mouth. Was he flirting with him? Men taking male lovers had become more and more taboo in society even since the West started trading with them. Perhaps Tatsuki realized Shigetoshi's proclivities, even though he tried his hardest to hide them from the guests, and was now teasing him? But no, that didn't seem right. So perhaps he was flirting. Ancestors. What did one do when they were being flirted to?

Seeing, or rather feeling, that some sort of response was probably required Shigetoshi muttered a small "Thanks." But it ended up sounding more like a question. Feeling idiotic and more than off balance he turned his full attention, or as of much it was possible, to the dishes. He scrubbed the dirty dishes as if they had some how offended him. The sooner he got the dishes done, the young Innkeeper reasoned, the sooner he could retreat to his own room. (And hopefully perish of embarrassment in peace)

If no one intends on posting, yes. I assume that they're all busy mapping out their side of the story. Which just leaves us. :)
Back open for business. :)
Shigetoshi closed the door to the eating room behind him with his foot. The sound faded to being barely audible. He took a deep breath and steadied himself. He waivered for a moment thinking that he should go back. But he kept remembering Tatsuki's words from earlier. The young Innkeep decided that the younger man was obviously able to care for himself and went to the kitchen to get started up on clean up. Plus it would give the two of them a bit of distance and time for Shigetoshi to think.

He washed the dishes steadily until Tatsuki came in. He looked up and saw the pile of dishes. Shigetoshi flushed and quickly hurried over to grab them from his guest, conveniently glossing over Tatsuki's words. "You didn't have to do that." Shigetoshi gently corrected the man. "I would have gone back for them." After all Tatsuki was still a guest. It was shameful for Shigetoshi to not only make him make dinner but then to clean up after it too? His parents would have been horrified.

Shigetoshi dropped the dishes near the sink before sighing. "And somehow I doubt you were completely defenseless. After all you're here and not gracing their bedroom." As soon as the words left his mouth he wished he could take them back. In fact he wished it so much he made a funny little noise of distress and promptly began to apologize.

Playing hard to get blue? Haha

Completely. I hope everyone doesn't mind how I wrote out stickman's character. I can completely change that if there's a problem with it.
Lei Ne nodded her head when Red said she'd send a list. When the woman walked out of the room Lei Ne pretty much dismissed her from her mind. Already she was thinking about her next move. She completely missed when the street samurai stood up and vanished. It wasn't until later they all realized he wasn't coming back. Lei Ne picked a little at her carefully enameled pale green nails before going back into stillness. Her white hair was starkly reflected in the room's lighting. Then she sighed loudly. She stretched, causing her shirt to ride up around her waist. It pulled a little right below her bra line and if one was looking carefully they'd notice the cause was her Ruger.

Lei Ne took a few moments after her cat stretch to get up and move her legs. Not that there really was anywhere to move. Then the computer bleeped. Lei-Ne froze and turned to look at it. Red was apparently very quick. There was a new icon on the screen that proudly stated it was the employee list. The slender Asian woman smiled broadly. "About time." She announced for the hell of it. Quickly she took her seat and scanned over the names. She whipped out her phone and transferred over the information. She was just about to take her own leave when the door opened.

Lei Ne looked at the door expecting it to be Red, but it wasn't. In fact it was some guy in a suit. And two duffel bags. Odd. Lei Ne's mind went to her gun, but didn't bother, someone else would get him before she could. After all she had set herself up as rather 'helpless' when it came to weapons. When the suit kept talking and used Red's name, it was obvious he was here to stay. The woman sighed mentally as he had to take the seat next to her. She repressed a cringe and instead went for her award winning smile. Though she didn't stop there. She reached out casually to the cigar and plucked it from his fingers as he asked for her name.

"Sally isn't the only piece of work in this room I assure you Jack." She dropped the cigar on the ground and snuffed it out. "Smoking will kill me so kindly refrain." She smiled all her pearly whites in return. If the samurai was still around he would have been having fits, telling her she should have asked first. When she was finished with him she turned away and made a show of leaving, sparing one last look for Jack.

"See you later sweet cheeks. I got work to do." And with that she swaggered out of the room, hips swaying.
So, how do you want to do this? Cuz I have no ideas. Fresh out. Work ate them. Ate them ALLLL.
Bruce felt the Hulk stirring even more. Telling the children to stay behind was for the best. Ultron would never stop hunting them. Never. So this was a disturbing revelation. At least Matthew was safe back at the cabin. Natalie would have never forgiven Bruce if it had been any other way. Also the fact that the boy was safe enabled him to keep the Hulk safely inside. For the moment. The blue light had faded long ago, but Matthew's tracks were far too easy to follow. He would mention it when he got back. Being tracked was not something they could afford. When Matthew's trail ended Bruce more or less had to guess which way he had to go. In this, he trusted the Hulk in order to lead him. The Hulk rarely walked away from danger.
Odin watched Bruce close the door behind him. His sister practically vibrated next to him. She had always looked more like his father, Thor. Odin looked more like his mother, Jane, according to Bruce. He really didn't remember what either of his parents looked like anymore. The more he tried to remember them the less clear their faces became until they were gone altogether, But he never lost the memory of them. And the drive to do right by them. Something his sister also had. Though Terra was more combat skilled than him. A fact that bothered him. He was the older brother, yet he couldn't take care of Terra. No, it was usually the other way around.

So when Claira decided to go out, not surprising, and everyone agreed to join, so did Odin. Natalie got her guns. Howard looked longingly at the suit of armor he inherited from his father and weighed the risks. It was obvious when he decided to leave it behind. But Howard was far from helpless. He had little gizmos what he used to fight when the armor was more of a liability. One such "gizmo" he had given to Odin. A lightning rod, Howard had laughed as he passed it to the Asguardian. Because of his father. The rod extended and could be electrified. It was useful. Incredibly so.

Hey, I want to come too! Matthew exclaimed as everyone grabbed their stuff.

"No." Natalie's voice was sharp as she wheeled upon her brother. "No." She repeated softer. "I lost you once tonight I can't let it happen again."

Odin knew how she felt. Every time they went out they risked death, but to sit and do nothing? Well, Claira just proved that they couldn't and wouldn't. They were their parent's children.
I'm probably the last 20-something adult in the world that uses a cell phone ONLY to call people. I don't text, I don't have a phone that gets on the internet, supports apps.
