Blue Demon || Female || Older || Ace

I go by Blue, Demon or BD. Or even Hey You if it's clear enough that you're talking to me. XD I prefer Blue or Blue Demon. And no, I didn't choose "Blue" because I'm sad. It's my favorite color. (And now you know.)

Also, I just discovered DMC and now I'm Dante trash.

I mean for the mission. :) Not the next post. *Clarification*
Soooo, anyone still here?
I'm seconding Roman. Sleep. Even though I really have no idea what Lei-Ne's going to do. Everyone else has a clear idea but me. Ideas anyone?
Not a problem. I tend to be short when I first start posting myself. It takes me a while to work out all the kinks with the characters and my partner. Then I start posting longer stuff. :) So, it's all good.
Orynae said I also realized that a strait of water is not a "straight". So the channel between the two landmasses is actually the Niriod Strait. Should I fix it on the map?
Almost didn't see these. Umm, I don't think it matters too much. If you wanted to, you could.
Orynae said How long do Elves live? When do they become adults? For that matter, how long do dwarves live, and nature spirits?
Elves, let say they live the standard "forever" or a "long time" So maybe 500-1000? Meh.
Dwarves, maybe 200 max?
Nature spirits, depends. If it's a naiad, as long as their tree. Water spirits probably live for a really long time, like elf long.

And I'm working on the logistics of my reply. I should have it up tomorrow.

EDIT: And it's Mordechai not Caden who's not new to the White Shield. Caden is brand spanking new. Mordechai's been around for a while, like a year or two, but not long enough to be a veteran. I fixed this everywhere.

PS: I'll probably run through all my character's POV just to start getting a feel from them before I pick one, or switch to having them all in the same post.
The young guest was busy when Shigetoshi walked into the kitchen. He hung back next to the door and watched the man work. He was quick and efficient. It was obvious this wasn't the first time he had cooked, or even cooked for so many. Shigetoshi wondered if it because of all the travelling he did. If you traveled more, did you cook more? Shigetoshi also wondered if it was polite to ask. He didn't want to pester the guy about his travels and become like the married Fujiwara sisters. But then again. Tatsuki did say that he wouldn't mind telling the Innkeeper stories about his travels. He wavered about his confliction until the other man noticed him.

Shigetoshi smiled at Tatsuki's apology. "It's okay. If I wanted to have interrupted you, I would have." Taking Tatsuki's awareness of his presence, the Asian moved in closer to watch what was going on. The dish looked quite similar to one of the dishes Shigetoshi had had once. Katsudon, it was called. But the order of the preparation made it obvious it wasn't the same dish. That, and Tatsuki said he would make a foreign dish. Perhaps it was a Chinese dish, since the ingredients were what he was used to.

You told me that we may need extra. Did anyone else check in or should I make exactly eight?

Shigetoshi looked up from what Tatsuki was doing and nodded his head. "No one else checked in. It's okay to just make eight." He smiled at the guest and his joke. Or Shigetoshi assumed it was supposed to be a joke by Tatsuki's eye roll. Shigetoshi watched the guest use the mallet for a few second before he asked the original question which had sent him here in the first place.

"Do you know when dinner will be ready?"
That would be a negatory. D: I fail at cooking.
D:
Haha. First official permission to be a stalker. :) Yay!
I looked at the artist's page, but most of her work is in storage, so this link was really all I could find.

EDIT: And I should be able to get my reply sent off to you tomorrow. I made a dent in my list of people to reply to. This is what happens when your internet goes down. Everyone replies at once!
Lei-Ne lived her life by watching people. Seeing how certain types interacted with each other. She mimicked them when she watched as a girl. Walked how they walked, talked like they talked, moved like they moved. The goal? To become them, or as close as she could. Later on she found the value of body language. If you mimic someone they tend to like you more, some effect on the subconscious level. The more you patterned yourself off your mark, the more easy going they'd be around you. In larger groups it was harder to find a pattern that prevailed through all the people. Especially when the group wasn't friends. When they were, they did pick up each other's movements and speech patterns. All fascinating really, what you'd discover through the art of watching people.

This group was fascinating. If they could put aside difference and come together, they just might accomplish something. Of course might was the operative word in that sentence. Lei-Ne sighed as Quicksilver and Old-Soul began to get into it with each other. Testosterone, one more reason she was glad to have been born a woman instead of a man. That, and she watched as Old-Soul made a Bee-line for the floor. She snorted once before turning away at the sight of his red face. Yes, fascinating indeed. She mentally calculated their chance of success just a little lower.

"Yes." Lei-Ne agreed with the street samurai. "Lets get a move on. While we're all still young."
Any interest?
