Raditz - Space Bar

What?!

Had the vicious green skinned creature truly been defeated by a pitiful human? And the greenskin was still alive! This was unfathomable! What was this universe he was in? The amount of power being thrown around was... was...

Raditz tapped his ear, aiming for his scouter but completely missing it. This was bound to happen, as the scouter wasn't actually there. Blast! How was he to know the monsters he was fighting! Truly this human, employed by Lord Cooler, was far stronger than he could ever know. There was only one way he could escape with his life. The old way. The truest way. The way of supplication.

"My lord!" he called out. He moved out from his booth, ignoring his destroyed meal, and kneeled in front of the man with the shapeshifting armor. "I pledge myself to the cause of Lord Cooler! Please provide me with a scouter and allow me to leave this wretched bar!"
Raditz - Space Bar

"WHAT?!" Raditz spluttered. Lord Cooler was here?! In this hellhole! This was both unexpected and terrifying! Serving under Lord Frieza was scary enough, but everyone had heard the rumours of Cooler's strength in comparison to his little brother. He had to make amends. He had no choice. He did not want to return to HFIL!

He adopted the traditional pose of supplication to a member of the Cold Royal Family, down on one knee, head bowed and fist to the ground. "Forgive me, Lord Accountant! I do not wish to incite the wrath of our Illustrious Lord Cooler!"
I can't tell if this is gonna be completely stupid or just brilliant xD lmao

They are not mutually exclusive.

I would be interested.

Raditz - Space Bar

There was a blinding flash of light.

Even though he was a decent distance from the fight between the ugly green skinned creature and what sounded like a pathetic human salesman, he had not been prepared for the grenade. His eyes seared and his ears burned. How they had manage to compress the three-eyed human's most dangerous technique into a tiny metal cylinder was beyond him! How dare a mighty Saiyan warrior be brought down by such a pathetic device!

He cried out in pain, swinging his arm and knocking his full glass of Hetap to the ground. It was agony! Almost as painful as those fifty-hour pilates session with Goz and Mez! If he had had to suffer through another one of those before escaping HFIL, he might have just tried to terminate his own afterlife from the agony of it!

His food tray hit the floor as he flailed wildly, ruining his eighth Double Sundae of the day. He had of course gotten his food for free because the servers were terrified at the sight of him, but something else nagged him, like that wasn't really the case. Perhaps it was the way they said "Oh, that menu!" No matter. He had bigger concerns, like being BLINDED.

Of course, as a superior Saiyan warrior, his amazing physiology did not allow him to be impaired for long. It was at this point, with sight barely restored and the ringing in his ears down to a dull roar, he noticed that his dessert was ruined. If there is one thing one must never do to a Saiyan, it is ruin their dessert. And now, Raditz was mad.

"PATHETIC CREATURES!" he bellowed at the ork and the human. "YOU HAVE SPOILED MY LUNCH! I DEMAND TO KNOW WHY I SHOULDN'T CRUSH YOU!"
As he's written I'd say he's probably somewhat high-level but still not that much more powerful then other high-level characters in the RP.

Again, I just want to confirm that the "power up from near death" thing won't drive him to casual planet destruction levels, as with his personality you can't really excuse him not using it.

Frieza is the first character seen that is capable of blowing up entire planets. His power level is 530,000. Let's use 500,000 as a reasonable marker for planet-destroying power.

Assuming a zenkai doubles the Saiyan's power (it doesn't, not even close, but it's an acceptable unit of measurement for this example), Raditz at 1,200 would need to have at least nine near-death experiences to be able to blow up a planet. It's not feasible simply because of the ridiculous inefficiency. In addition, a near-death experience is exactly what it says on the tin. Any competent fighter will remove the 'near' from the equation.

Your scenario, while theoretically not impossible, is astronomically unlikely.
Okay, while he seems fine as-is, I'm just a bit wary of the ability for Saiyans to grow more powerful every time they end up near death.

I'm not very familiar with actual canon DBZ, but I know that's something they can do, and that power levels get to "blow up planets easily" level. I'd like to avoid stuff like that.

In a game with characters from Touhou, Fate, Diebuster, Umineko, etc, I don't see it being a problem.
Name: Raditz

Age: 30 (Did not age while trapped in HFIL, but is aging again now)

Gender: Male

Appearance:

Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon

Universe of Origin: Dragonball Z

Personality: Raditz is an arrogant, mocking warrior, convinced that he is the strongest in the universe. Of course, due to this view he is prone to self-delusion, as he is without a doubt the weakest enemy the Z Warriors ever faced. He is also manipulative, and a pathological liar. However, when on the ropes, he becomes cowardly, as his one death was traumatic and he fears a second.

Raditz will run from an enemy he knows he cannot defeat, and tends to willingly attack only when he knows he is going to win.

Abilities/Weapons: His time trapped in HFIL has done nothing to boost his powers, and he still possesses the pathetic power level of 1,200 with which he died. He can improve this dramatically through intensive training or through near-death experiences, but Raditz is loathe to train and will refuse to put himself in a near-death situation if he can avoid it.

Despite his weakness for a member of his species, he is still far stronger than a normal human being. He can utilize his ki to fly, fire energy blasts from his hands, and fight for hours without tiring. He never learned the technique to read energy, which causes him to overestimate his skills and pick fights with enemies he has no hope of defeating. At the moment, he possesses no scouter, as it was broken on Earth and he has been unable to replace it.

Raditz possesses his tail, which allows him to transform in to a Great Ape if he looks at the full moon. Great Ape Raditz is both ten times larger and ten times stronger than normal. As a true Saiyan warrior, he retains control of himself when transformed.

It is also worth noting that, while his heart is pure evil, Raditz has never been placed in a situation of extreme need. As a result the power of a Super Saiyan has never revealed itself to him.

Current Power Level: 1,200 (12,000 in Great Ape form)

Backstory: During his youth, Raditz worked as member of the Saiyan Army. He was assigned to work alongside a young Prince Vegeta. When Frieza ordered all the Saiyans to return to Planet Vegeta, the prince refused the order and Raditz stayed with him on the planet they were invading. After his race's demise, he worked alongside Vegeta and Nappa directly for Frieza's Galactic Frieza Army. While working with a team led by Vegeta, Raditz traveled to Earth to discover if Kakarot had finished the mission that he was sent on as a baby over two decades prior: the conquest of Earth. Upon arrival, however, Raditz discovered that Kakarot had lost his violent Saiyan tendencies and also had no knowledge of his true ancestry or his mission. Raditz attempted to persuade Goku to join him and become a Planet Trade pirate, but to no avail. He was slain by Piccolo on Earth, along with Kakarot. While his final transmission would continue the story of Kakarot and Piccolo, he himself was confined to the Home For Infinite Losers in the afterlife.

However, due to the shenanigans of Janemba many years later, Raditz was finally able to escape from HFIL along with the Dictator, but rather than finding himself on Earth, he found himself in a strange, unfamiliar multiverse. Where the heck was he?

"Kokiri!" was the dramatically loud voice from behind Boom.

No-Point had found him.

"What is it that you have found, my explosively-minded ally?" he asked. He had noticed the ring and was indeed curious. A ring that burns its wielder could be very powerful if slipped on to the finger of one's most hated enemy!
Unless the crab has another secret weapon that has not been mentioned, it's not possible for it to grab Blitz Juggernaut's leg. As specified in two posts, the Vanguard is forcing the claw away from it using its free forearm. Dazza has specifically fought to get the crab dead to rights.

I don't mind the acid blood, but any acid that can do more than surface damage on a heavily armored mech would be strong enough to melt the kaiju from the inside, or damage the kaiju as well as soon as a blood vessel is ruptured, which incidentally just happened. That being said, damaging the paintwork is liable to piss the Australian off, which could have its own repercussions.
